She keeps up on current requirements for business owners, what is coming in the next 6 months to a year, and always offers options for us on what we can offer our employees. She has been a huge help when it comes to explaining the policies to our employees, and even helping them navigate billing issues with providers. I went shopping for insurance like all of us do, but don't like to; and my third stop was signorelli insurance company. I was straight forward with the agent and said I would be shopping around for the best prices. The agent was straight with me. She even gave me some info to look for, if I went with another agent.
