I was told they would visit her in the nursing home. I trusted them. I tried to get someone to see her for a cough {pain in chest} and a possible chest Xray..that did not happen....the nursing home did everything right..I changed to the nursing home facility MD {took less than 24 hrs for her to be seen} and she had an xray the same day and she has pneumonia! At 91 yrs old this may not play out well. Shame on this care provider.

From the office staff to those who assist the physicians, the atmosphere is always cordial , helpful and very efficient. By the time I get to see my doctor, I can assure you that no one has left any stone unturned. My physician has everything at his fingertips and there is never a need for him to chase missing preliminary information. The physicians are both thorough and informative with each of my medical visits. With rare exceptions to office patient medical emergencies I have never experienced a long wait. I am also appreciative to be able to have all laboratory tests done in office. I cannot think of one reason to seek my care elsewhere and highly recommend Valley Internal Medicine to anyone in search of excellent medical care.

I called Quest Diagnostics and was advised the lab order did not have a fax number listed to provide results and they are unable to provide me the information over the phone. I have called everyday since Monday looking for my results and Cindy has done absolutely nothing to assist me. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and knowledge required to do this job.

Silly me, when he asked how I was doing, I answered honestly and sought help from my Dr. Last I knew, that was part of what a physical was. When I spoke with the office manager, Lisa, she was rude and would only says "Sorry that's how you feel". No genuine apology, empathy or willingness to work with me on the amount due (that should not even be due in the first place). She told me that is just the way it is. Funny how that is not they way it is in other doctor offices. This is borderline insurance fraud, charging for two appointments in one day when only one actually occurred. While the Dr. does have good bedside manner, he will apparently charge you everything he possible can in the process. Avoid this doctor at all costs unless you enjoy paying for appointments you do not have.
