Severe spinal disc degeneration, arthritis, and debilitating pain plagued my mother for most of her adult life and resulted in three spinal fusions, long term drug addictions for managing pain, and she eventually ended up in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, I am suffering much of the same as my mother. I have refused any kind of spinal surgery for over 20 years due to the repercussions my mother experienced throughout her life. I have maintained consistent chiropractic care for the last 20+ years; however, the bone in my spine has steadily continued to decline. Out of desperation, I "randomly" began researching chiropractors who were trained and practiced axis orthogonal treatments. As fate would have it, I decided to try Dr. Malina and she has hands down amazed me with the treatment plan she devised for me! My treatment plan is multifaceted as my entire spine is affected by the bone degeneration. After just a few months, Dr. Malina has significantly reduced the chronic, debilitating pain I have endured! My overall treatment is understandably going to take some time - yet I now have HOPE! She is exceptionally knowledgeable, and an expert in her field!Another way in which I am impressed with Dr. Malina is the money she reinvests in her practice to maintain state-of - the art-equipment in order to provide innovative and effective treatments for her patients. Dr. Malina and her ENTIRE staff exude compassion, patience, and kindness! They ALL endlessly strive to run a highly efficient and caring office/practice, and. Dr. Rita is FANTASTIC! She's quick but thorough. The office offers stim therapy, piezo wave…read moretherapy, massage therapy, roller tables, decompression therapy, etc. First, the adjustment....Dr. Rita uses a drop table which I have found to be a much better and pleasant experience than chiropractors who do not use a drop table. It's less jarring and you don't feel violated by the Dr lol. The neck adjustment can also be done with the drop table which was a first for me. However, I find the manual manipulation of the neck provides better relief. Dr. Rita is very kind and personable. It's always a fun chat during the adjustments. Piezo Wave Therapy....Debbie administered this for my frozen shoulder and it was the weirdest sensation. It hurt for a super short period of time so she knew where to focus the machine. After one session my shoulder was feeling great. Debbie also works at the front desk for checkin/checkout and is super helpful. The Stim Therapy is usually done after the adjustment (you can do this or choose the roller table). This is basically just placing electrode pads on certain areas and providing stimulation to the area. AKA a TENS machine or EMS. I bought a TENS machine for use at home and find this really helps. Because I now own a TENS machine, the last few visits I have been opting for the roller bed. It appears the table can be set to either Cervical, Thoracic, or Lumbar focus and it's timed....I think 10 minutes? It provides an awesome stretch and massage all at the same time. The practice is great as a whole. The ladies that work the front are very friendly and helpful. You can usually get a next day and sometimes same day appointment if needed. I really like that you can either call or text the practice line and they are very quick in responding. I have never seen Dr. Perkins or Dr. Jones but have heard good things about them too in the office. The office is LGBTQ+ friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Rita.

She was recommended by my chiropractor that I saw during pregnancy who went on sabbatical. I took my 2 month old baby to see Dr. Kramer because he was experiencing fussiness and reflux. I feel that since seeing her my baby has been sleeping longer and is less fussy during feedings (though I don't know whether he is also just naturally doing those things). But she definitely did give me good tips about switching sides when bottle feeding him to develop neck muscles evenly, and how to do tummy time in my lap. I trust Kerry 100% with my baby, which says a lot! She specializes in pediatrics, as she's a professor in that subject at Life University (chiropractic school). Oh, and adjustments are free for babies with an adult adjustment. Adjustments are usually $45 self-pay, but check with your insurance to see whether they cover any or all of the visit.

I am returning patient of Dr. Peterson aka Doc…read more I started my treatment with Doc back in 2006 & after my first visit treatment (post-consultation) I felt deepen relief. Relief for my severe stiffness in my Lumbar Spine aka Lower Back equating to the pesky L6 & L5 hinderances. Not to mention my right shoulder & hip flares up. Doing my part in weekly visits until leaving GA, my range motion increased & the stiffness/pain decreased, all with education, adjustments & no medication. Doc's patient care approach & light hearted engagement is bar none. Now that I'm back in town, it was a no brainer to resume care with Doc. His bandwidth on the correlation of the anatomy, chemical make up, neurology physiology & even the radiology aspect is profound. He doesn't "Doctor" you with the confusing terminology as he walks you through point A-Z on all things relief, stability, with getting to & addressing the underlying cause(s). Doc is also a specialist in Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care that focuses on the the first two bones in the neck - vertebrae. It's an enormous difference from the other bones of the spinal column. In addition to Doc's expertise & insight, I got to look at my 3-D Upper Cervical Spinal Analysis which provided an easier comprehension of the upper cervical region of my spine & how it connects to my back & it's hindrances. With this approach, it's an extensive benefit to acupuncture & massage therapy. If you want to reach optimum health & peak performance levels regardless of age, mobility, etc., with healthy drug free alternatives, Kindspine is for you.

He's brilliant, a true nerd about his craft, and just the most hilarious, charismatic, and thoughtful person. His practice even has a relaxing resting room you can use before and after your adjustments to mentally prepare for the amazing experience you're about to have. In 2022, I was diagnosed with relapse-remitting multiple sclerosis, and I was struggling with chronic pain, cramping, numbness, brain fog, and fatigue. I also have TMJ. I'd tried everything--medicine, acupuncture--but nothing was truly effective until I started seeing Dr. Kris. Since then, about 95% of my symptoms have been relieved. I'm so incredibly grateful for his care. This is by far the most effective way I've found to manage my MS symptoms. I will be a patient for life! I'd like to add that I just read his 1/2 star reviews and that's simply not true. The experience of having a chiropractor is that it takes time to see results and Dr. Kris explains this. He gives you a consultation with x rays before you commit to a large financial ask. We choose to trust that the medicine we take that we've never seen the science behind it at all. To be clear, I support taking medicine as needed but it's usually symptom treating. Dr. Kris promotes long lasting relief and actually says he doesn't want you to have to always come--that's the goal.
