This place is supposed to be quick. Yet every time I come I get stuck at the front for 20 mins. The first time we to be sold on a plan I didn't want. The second bc I had an email for a special of $19 adjustment. I showed the front desk and she tried to tell me she didn't know of anything like that and that I could pay the regular price. Then made us wait another 5 mins for her to call her manager when I said we will only be paying $19 today per the email from your clinic. Made us wait longer to send her the email and forward it to her management. If I would have had cash I would have left it on the counter and walked out. Let's not mention how quickly the man adjusted both my husband and I. Rushed through asked nothing about any problem areas, I left with my neck hurting worse and a waste of 30 mins. read more

Sooo it's Sunday and I got Dr Weston this time not Kirkpatrick. But it's all good. He was awesome!! Got my trucker low back. I was one inch off my right leg was short! Then 1/4 then voila. Got my mid back popped back in. I did notice he did not do my neck tho. But omg... I'm so happy with the Chiro's here around Atlanta. They are all fabulous! Till next time. I showed up early as requested and did my paperwork then had to wait to see the Dr. no one was actually there as far as clients I was a new client and I finally got called back met with the dr. asked the same questions I was asked during the time I fill out my paperwor?! made no sense. Then clients starting coming in and I got told to sit and wait he did two clients in front of me and thats crazy. when I pointed out my areas of pain he never target any of my areas of concern and felt the same as I came in.. and I told him this when I was asked.. Soooo glad I decided to try this place!!! I have been obtaining chiropractic care for 30+ years and love the whole modern system they have set up here!! So far all the doctors I have had an adjustment byare great!! Dr. Kilpatric is awesome!!! Highly recommend giving them a try!! Update! 6/25/19 So, Dr. Kilpatrick has left, no explanation to us patients, but we continued to go and try some of the Doctors that they have been using. Found one we like, Dr. Ryan, but he is sporadically scheduled and not there sometimes even when the schedule calendar says he will be ‍‍. That is very inconvenient as I make the trip, guess I need to start calling and checking every time!! Frustrated that they haven't permanently replaced Dr. K with someone of the same caliber as him. At this point I may have to start looking for an alternative as I find the doctors at the other locations nearest me to be unsatisfactory. I made an appointment at 11:30 and arrived at 11:15 to complete paperwork. There was a couple ahead of me, and their appointment was over at 11:40. Three people walked in behind me, but they were seen before me, because they were existing patients. The receptionist indicated that I would need to wait at least another 30 minutes. If others walk in, they would be seen ahead of me. What's the point of making an appointment then? Do not come here as a first time patient. **Update**. One of the chiropractors slapped my butt repeatedly and pulled on my leggings, completely violating me. Another wrecked my back. I'm in bed icing now because of the pain. I called to get the chiropractor's name and the manager's name, Natasha refused both. I got a call back from the manager and she told me that she would use the footage of me being violated as a "teaching moment". Do not step foot in this office. Dr. Kilpatrick is the BEST -- we are so fortunate to have such an incredibly talented chiropractor here in Lawrenceville/Atlanta!!!! I used to suffer from migraines and insomnia, and my neck/back hurt constantly. I've seen sooooo many chiropractors over the years, and after several painful (and/or mediocre) experiences, I was beginning to lose hope. Thankfully, that's when I found Dr. Kilpatrick here in Lawrenceville! Dr. Kilpatrick is genuinely an all-around good person/family man. He's incredibly positive and encouraging, and his adjustments are subtle and GENTLE, but so effective (seriously, how does he do it?!?!)! The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient, the walk-in hours are so convenient (M-F 10AM-7PM; Sat 10AM-5PM; Sun 12PM-5PM), and there's always plenty of parking. Dr. Kilpatrick is fantastic, so don't be surprised if there's a few people already waiting to see him when you arrive. Trust me - it's worth the (short) wait, so check-in at the front desk and grab a seat. Oh! I had been wanting to get chiropractic care for sometime and when I saw The Joint Chiropractic introductory offer of $29 for new Clients (consultation, exam & adjustment), I was ecstatic and decided to give them a try (it was also perfect that they are 5 mins away from me). Another bonus is that they are a walk in center so no need to make appointments. From the moment I walked in the door - I felt at home. I was greeted warmly , it was clean and beautiful inside, I was given forms to fill. I didn't wait up to 10 minutes before the doctor called me in. I consulted with Dr. Kilpatrick - he was amazing, thorough and detailed in addressing my concerns. He even showed me the back bone and explained everything to me about the nerves and connections to the body etc (Because I had never gotten an adjustment). As he did all the adjustments he explained what he was doing. After the adjustment I was told how to take care of myself and what to expect (soreness). I was also told what and what needed to be adjusted , how long it will take and how to save money towards my future adjustments. Bottom line - I had a fabulous experience. This is my chiropractor - I wouldn't go any where else. Another thing that got me sold is that I received a handwritten thank you card from my doctor ; thanking me for me visit and saying he looks forward to seeing me again. This location was amazing! I had some upper back, shoulder blade, and neck pain from a bad deep tissue massage. I believed it was due to muscle problems from the massage so I neglected trying a chiropractor. I stopped into Joint and they listened to problems that were causing me pain! The professional staff said, "Don't worry, we will get you fixed up in no time!" I was thinking, "Okay, I have heard that before, but okay." (These have been pain problems for like six months now and I have tried multiple remedies!) After about fifteen minutes of talking and adjusting I felt 20 times better!!!!! Really great experience! Very affordable. My boyfriend literally worked through back pain untill he was immobile. While getting his back adjusted we discovered his hip was so out of place that one leg was an inch shorter than the other. We recently moved to the area and I do not have a regular chiropractor. Ive used the Joint for several years across states while traveling or if I can't get into my regular chiropractor. The Joint chiropractors can be hit or miss. The first two I visited in GA was disappointing. I called and searched reviews to try a different Joint dr and found Dr. Stephanie. I expressed my concerns with my last two visits, and she took extra time to listen to my issues, and explained everything she was doing prior to adjusting me. I felt great after my adjustment. I honestly HATE this place! I only came here for Dr Kirkpatrick. Now he's gone & there is no one that cares About their customers the way he did. I tell them my problems w/ my hands & elbows &one of the chiropractors always tell me to do it myself & gives me a reason as to why they hurt"maybe it's from picking up your daughter" ok !? I can't not stop picking her up so can you adjust my elbow/hand like I asked & not tell me to pull my fingers myself. OnTOP of them telling me they Would give me 3extra visits on top of my 2 for the new chiropractor not popping my back. Every time I went they say I have no more visits it's VERY frustrating & unprofessional they only care bout their money. I thought going to a diff location on scenic was diff but she barely did anything & 5$3' tell me to have a nice day not asking how I felt after as well as trying to charge me after the "adjustment" & our my account on hold bc I wouldn't pay that fee bc I still should have 5 vists left !!! I had been in pain in my neck for a solid 3 weeks. I was told to see a Chiropractor so I found the Joint and went in on a Friday. Joy at the front is amazing and was really very helpful with the the services that the Joint had to offer. Then I went to see Dr. Kilpatrick and from the minute I met him he made me feel important and explained the spine in detail, asked me of my problems and explained everything he was doing as he was aligning my spine. I hate to write this but I need to. The former Dr, Gerald was amazing. Personable, professional, and helped to relieve my issues. Suddenly, they replaced him with someone less personable and rigid. Last week, I went in for an adjustment and this newer (3rd guy) didn't know the full battery of techniques. He was an Amateur cracking my neck. This is definitely not something I will ever forget. I'm ready to cancel my membership over it because the thought of someone not knowing what they're doing literally having my life in their hands, scares the shit out of me. I went to this clinic today for the first time. I have been to lots of chiropractors before but I was looking for a skilled Dr. who could do a quick adjustment and send me on my way.
