When I arrived at the store, there were no employees visible. I noticed a self checkout and the photo counter. I waited a few moments, then walked a few aisles. Eventually, I had found my photo package at the counter and decided to do the self checkout. Unfortunately, the price rang up incorrectly. I checked the button for assistance, but no one arrived. I walked a few more aisles and saw an employee stocking counters. When I asked for assistance, she responded that I could use the self checkout. I informed her that there was an error, she looked visibly annoyed, but came to assist me. When we both arrived to the checkout counter, there were other customers waiting. It was obvious that this store was understaffed. Hopefully, they will be able to resolve this issue soon.
