I tried calling the store, but no one answers, ever, so I left a message and still did not get a call back. I went in today, the employees called her - and she said that because one of the pods was open (again, THEY told me they were the correct ones), I would not receive full credit. We gave him our last name in the last four digits of the card. I felt it was also poor that he was giving us information of this, Mr. Holbrook and his purchase amount. We utilized a visa that's all we own. Mr. Ferguson the owner was very unpleasant and argumentative. We have contacted our credit card company and they will investigate and dispute the charge.
