Do not shop here. They sold me the incorrect pods for my device. When I tried to get them replaced. The woman behind the counter (Jonvee sp?), said she would call the warehouse to get the correct ones - and that she would call me the same day to let me know, and that if they didn't have the correct ones, would give me credit toward something else in the store. 4 days went by and I received no call. I tried calling the store, but no one answers, ever, so I left a message and still did not get a call back. I went in today, the employees called her - and she said that because one of the pods was open (again, THEY told me they were the correct ones), I would not receive full credit. Don't bother buying Mr. Fog switch here. They are $27 verses $22 everywhere else. Manager won't budge on the price. Also, if you buy something like the old Mr. Fog vape by accident and try to return it unopened, the manager said they do not take returns for any products in the store. Total rip off. Not very helpful when their hours are posted online Monday through Saturday until 8pm and Sunday until 6pm. Well I visited the Broadway location at 6:30pm on Saturday, guess what? Closed. Looked online and went to the New Circle location because again, online their hours are posted as open until 8pm AND I got their and on their door guess what? The hours said open until 8pm. Not even 7pm yet and they are closed. If you're going to change your hours, notify your customers first. This is no way to run a business. I would've come earlier if I knew they closed earlier but they just leave you guessing. read more

I was told to "not let the door hit me in the ass" after reporting extremely damaged and unusable juulpods which were in turn, replaced with damaged, low quality pods. Overall good experience. They have a fairly decent selection of glass, prices are average to higher compared to other shops in the area. The Head Shed has a decent selection of kratom with reasonable prices, if you do their "strain of the week" you can get a pretty good deal. Decent selection of e-juice and devices. I have come here many times, but something just seems off. Every time I purchase the K shots, they are 1/3 gone. The seal isn't broken but they definitely aren't full. Anywhere else I purchase these shots they are completely full to the top. I think it's odd that their shots aren't full. For $20 a piece, I want one worth my money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/PROCEDURES. This company does not accept exchanges/returns. That's not what bothers me. What bothers me is I bought a BB Tank from this establishment TWICE already (faulty products?) and the second time I got one, the button was sticking. I had not yet used this product and took it back with the above complaint. I got told that they do not do exchanges/returns and they "make sure the buttons don't stick before they walk out the door." Now the young lady did "test" this BB Tank and was having some trouble trying to click it multiple times for the on/off settings. Me, thinking she's just an incompetent employee, disregards this. Until the next day when I get denied an exchange on a product I haven't even used once. And now, this product (less than a week after buying it), is broken. How in the world am I, the customer who comes in and spends my money AND NEVER TOUCHES THE DEVICE THROUGHOUT THE BUYING PROCESS, get blamed/stuck with this???? THIS IS NOT FAIR nor is it good business practice.
