My last & final experience doesn't even rate 0 I didn't get a thank you for either transaction by two different employees not a goodbye, have a nice day, sorry about what happened to you or no kind of customer appreciation from either employee. In fact I was totally appalled at the treatment I got because as soon as I entered the premises I ask someone to please call the cops because I had some stranger which was very rude young woman follow me in the store screaming foul language, calling me names and screaming FU BITCH a few times. I said to the women in the store I'm a customer, you know this please help?!!! The two employees stood there looking & listening not saying a word or even trying to de-escalate the situation or tell the woman that was screaming profanity to just stop or lower your voice. They knew she wasn't shopping there!! The sad thing was, my dad, who has dementia, was setting in my car. I had to go back outside to make sure she wasn't going to do anything to him because she went all around my car videoing & screaming GO FUCK YOUR LUNGS UP at a 75 year old man for no reason. Talk about a scary situation in itself, not to mention it could've really escalated quickly into something more! I told her God Bless you twice and to leave me alone you're just young get outta my face and I threatened her with KSP!! Needless to say she left then. LESSON LEARNED!! I don't even vape and went through this scary ordeal in fear and even went back in the store and paid for two transactions after checking on my dad, whom was really freaking out & upset! The place was nice and the girl who waited on me was super nice, I only went because my daughter in law told me about it and I just decided the day before that I have had it with cigarettes I quit and her and a few other told me about some disposable vapes to try. They said 723 had a rewards program, I was never even offered anything like that so next time I think I will go to my nearest Marathon the people who own it are great and I can get two of the vapes I like for 37 dollars read more

Really liked this store at first! Had a great 2-3 experiences. I bought a defective fire Luke and wanted to exchange it since it was only like 2/3 days old... the guy with dark brown hair and beard was the absolute worst. Completely Condescending. Didn't even exchange it since he was so rude and just downright mean. Went to another local store and they offered to exchange it even though it wasn't even purchased with them! They had heard similar reports of this behavior. I had been in previously and he was having a nasty conversation about women so I avoided him. Then- this situation of the exchange happened and he was a total jerk about it. After that they lost my business since they keep people like that around. I don't know- he may even be in management or the owner with the way he acted and treated people. Any place that treats women with such lack of regard and respect is a no go for me. Tried to exchange a tank I bought last week for a Kangatech Mini because my wife wanted silver...not gunmetal. It was still brand new in the box...never used or touched and I had the receipt. I've been here once & I must say I was very impressed. I came here because all my other vapor stores were closed but this place was open! They have some great juices that I never saw before & I was told to try the "Sacred tree of life" flavor. Was not disappointed! Great stuff. Their staff was nice & friendly. I've been going here for a while now and I love it! The people there are very friendly and they definitely know their stuff. This is the best place if you are new to vaping and have no idea what to do or you are experienced and you want to try something new. I am very picky when it comes to juice but yet the employees there stick with me and help me pick out something I will like. It's a great place to hang out and get to know the people who work there as well as trying to quit smoking. I have only gone to one other vape place before this and they talked down to me and treated me terribly however not at 723 they treat you with kindness and always do what they can to make people happy. read more

I'm relatively new to vaping. I started when my girlfriend took the plunge and bought a "starter kit" from a small local vaping store, encouraging us to both quit smoking tobacco. We both LOVE it and are feeling great about the transition. Excited to learn more about the many many options, I've been to a few of the different stores in town. One, which I've reviewed separately, was a real turn-off. Another, where my girlfriend bought the starter kit, is very convenient to my house but is tiny and the three times I've been in has seen one clerk trying to help several people at once. A buddy suggested 723 Vapor and I think it's the best fit. Not as convenient to me but worth the extra time especially when I combine other nearby errands. I was worried when I first went in since it seems to be a hipster joint. I'm an aging hipster so can usually hang but sometimes it's just put on too thickly and I'm outta there. This place balanced the hipster quotient with a good dose of genuinely friendly service. I had lots of questions and was answered without feeling talked down to. Lots of information to absorb and they did a good job of helping me do triage to decide what combination of equipment would fit my needs and desires as a stepping stone away from the starter kit. The clerks and the customers, as seems to be normal in this type of establishment, were one-upping each other with tales of flavors and huge clouds of vapor. Instead of being annoying you could tell that they were enjoying it and their enthusiasm was contagious, not exclusionary like another local place I've tried. Then, there's the juices. Again, I'm relatively new to this whole thing but the quality of the brands they carry seemed at least one notch, if not several notches, above the stuff carried elsewhere. They do have a house-brand which is made here in town (one of the owners has a "clean room") but they also have several other juice suppliers from around the country. Sure, it's a bit of a boutique, and the prices seemed a bit higher than what I've seen elsewhere, but I think it's a place where beginners and pros alike could go to expand their knowledge base and walk out the door feeling like they belong, not like they're an outsider. read more

I literally just entered the Reynolds road location next to Joann fabrics and asked for a JUUL. Was ready to purchase the item and leave. As simple as that. Although the associate said they had plenty in stock, which I saw, I was basically told how stupid of a product it was, too expensive, and how they didn't recommend it. I said that it's fine, and that I would still like one. I was obviously boring the associate with my questions and what I wanted to purchase. Silly me to ask for help! I was essentially told that I was ignorant to even purchase one. I just ended up walking out and headed over to another shop right down the road. Idk what kind of business model this is, but I don't think it's a very good one, especially for a new location trying to add clientele. You would've thought that I was asking directions to Zimbabwe with the way I was spoken too. Completely absurd and unprofessional. Never again will come into 723. HORRIBLE Customer service. They don't stand behind the products they sell at all. One of the employees talked me out of buying an istick and into some POS that I'm sure they had higher margins in. 2 months later the thing is useless and they do NOTHING about the situation. 723 vapors has an excellent selection of mods and juices, pleasant atmosphere, and a very nice staff. I thought their prices were a little high on some of the clone mods they carry.I ended up purchasing a 4nine clone for 80 bucks. After 3 days of use I noticed that the magnets in the switch seemed to be corroding. I've been vaping for about a year and I own 6 different mods, but this is the first time I've encountered this. I know contacts oxidize and get dirty but this mod stopped firing and I had to scrape the magnet with a knife in order to use it again. I went back to store in search of a replacement and was told " welcome to the world of sub ohm vaping." I'm not new to sub ohm vaping and as stated before never had magnets do that. They refused to do anything about it. I guess I should have checked the return policy before purchasing. read more
