I love this place. The 2 women that always are working when I go in arw just fantastic. So helpful, knowledgeable, and very sweet and kind. They always have what I need and a good price. I don't and won't use any other vape store. I'm a customer for life. Staff is SO AWESOME read more

The place was nice and the girl who waited on me was super nice, I only went because my daughter in law told me about it and I just decided the day before that I have had it with cigarettes I quit and her and a few other told me about some disposable vapes to try. They said 723 had a rewards program, I was never even offered anything like that so next time I think I will go to my nearest Marathon the people who own it are great and I can get two of the vapes I like for 37 dollars read more

This is an excellent location for people who want some of the best customer service possible. 723 Vapors has more flavors and styles of liquid, all of it free to try, than anywhere I've been before. And they have brands that are well known around the country. If you are just starting out, building your own mods and brewing your own juice, or anywhere in between ... 723 is the place for you! read more

This is the best shop in Lexington hands down. Have all the new kits and they have about every juice line made

Just visited today, I must say the staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere was really relaxed and had a great showcase of mods, accessories, juice and more. Would totally recommend to others in the area that are visiting. read more

This is the best vape shop around. I have been shopping here since day 1 of my journey quitting cigarettes 3 years ago. The staff is always super helpful and they have a wide selection. read more

Awesome customer service! I went in today and the lady I talked with taught me about all the cool setups and what is optimal for my particular setup. You can tell these people truly love their job and want you to have the best experience possible. I will never go anywhere else! read more

Really liked this store at first! Had a great 2-3 experiences. I bought a defective fire Luke and wanted to exchange it since it was only like 2/3 days old... the guy with dark brown hair and beard was the absolute worst. Completely Condescending. Didn't even exchange it since he was so rude and just downright mean. Went to another local store and they offered to exchange it even though it wasn't even purchased with them! They had heard similar reports of this behavior. I had been in previously and he was having a nasty conversation about women so I avoided him. Then- this situation of the exchange happened and he was a total jerk about it. After that they lost my business since they keep people like that around. I don't know- he may even be in management or the owner with the way he acted and treated people. Any place that treats women with such lack of regard and respect is a no go for me. Wouldn't recommend unless you're a man.. sorry not sorry. read more

Tried to exchange a tank I bought last week for a Kangatech Mini because my wife wanted silver...not gunmetal. It was still brand new in the box...never used or touched and I had the receipt. Girl at your Lexington Leestown location told me she would not exchange it for "sanitary reasons". Your return policy should be more explicit. WTFE, you have lost a customer... read more

I usually find vape shops that are rude, unprofessional, and unorganized where I'm from. But visiting this was was above awesome they helped me find the flavors I was looking for and had them in stock in low nicotine mixes. read more

I've been here once & I must say I was very impressed. I came here because all my other vapor stores were closed but this place was open! They have some great juices that I never saw before & I was told to try the "Sacred tree of life" flavor. Was not disappointed! Great stuff. Their staff was nice & friendly. I've not bought a device from them yet but I know their juices are great. I look forward to my future experiences there! read more

I really like this place. I personally think the prices are on par with the industry and they have a great selection. As an added bonus they are very polite. Some vapor shops are .... pretentious and condescending but these employees are helpful and nice. read more

Great store. Great selection of mods, attys, and juices !!! Would have given 5star rating except they had Cookie Monster singing death metal way to early in the a.m. Made me want to get out ASAP!!! read more

The employees were not very knowledgeable the night that I visited. Also, they did not wrap my batteries properly and now I have an added expense. read more

I've been going here for a while now and I love it! The people there are very friendly and they definitely know their stuff. This is the best place if you are new to vaping and have no idea what to do or you are experienced and you want to try something new. I am very picky when it comes to juice but yet the employees there stick with me and help me pick out something I will like. It's a great place to hang out and get to know the people who work there as well as trying to quit smoking. I have only gone to one other vape place before this and they talked down to me and treated me terribly however not at 723 they treat you with kindness and always do what they can to make people happy. read more

Always helpful folks here, I've never been disappointed with my experience. I purchased my first vape and juice here after visiting other shops in town simply because they were interested in helping me and finding what I wanted. With this in mind they also educated me and offered me options that let me make a much better informed decision. I have and I will go back. read more

I'm relatively new to vaping. I started when my girlfriend took the plunge and bought a "starter kit" from a small local vaping store, encouraging us to both quit smoking tobacco. We both LOVE it and are feeling great about the transition. Excited to learn more about the many many options, I've been to a few of the different stores in town. One, which I've reviewed separately, was a real turn-off. Another, where my girlfriend bought the starter kit, is very convenient to my house but is tiny and the three times I've been in has seen one clerk trying to help several people at once. A buddy suggested 723 Vapor and I think it's the best fit. Not as convenient to me but worth the extra time especially when I combine other nearby errands. I was worried when I first went in since it seems to be a hipster joint. I'm an aging hipster so can usually hang but sometimes it's just put on too thickly and I'm outta there. This place balanced the hipster quotient with a good dose of genuinely friendly service. I had lots of questions and was answered without feeling talked down to. Lots of information to absorb and they did a good job of helping me do triage to decide what combination of equipment would fit my needs and desires as a stepping stone away from the starter kit. The clerks and the customers, as seems to be normal in this type of establishment, were one-upping each other with tales of flavors and huge clouds of vapor. Instead of being annoying you could tell that they were enjoying it and their enthusiasm was contagious, not exclusionary like another local place I've tried. Then, there's the juices. Again, I'm relatively new to this whole thing but the quality of the brands they carry seemed at least one notch, if not several notches, above the stuff carried elsewhere. They do have a house-brand which is made here in town (one of the owners has a "clean room") but they also have several other juice suppliers from around the country. Sure, it's a bit of a boutique, and the prices seemed a bit higher than what I've seen elsewhere, but I think it's a place where beginners and pros alike could go to expand their knowledge base and walk out the door feeling like they belong, not like they're an outsider. read more

HORRIBLE Customer service. They don't stand behind the products they sell at all. One of the employees talked me out of buying an istick and into some POS that I'm sure they had higher margins in. 2 months later the thing is useless and they do NOTHING about the situation. The sad part is I go OUT OF MY WAY to buy local from these guys and I would have gotten far better service online. read more

I literally just entered the Reynolds road location next to Joann fabrics and asked for a JUUL. Was ready to purchase the item and leave. As simple as that. Although the associate said they had plenty in stock, which I saw, I was basically told how stupid of a product it was, too expensive, and how they didn't recommend it. I said that it's fine, and that I would still like one. I was obviously boring the associate with my questions and what I wanted to purchase. Silly me to ask for help! I was essentially told that I was ignorant to even purchase one. I just ended up walking out and headed over to another shop right down the road. Idk what kind of business model this is, but I don't think it's a very good one, especially for a new location trying to add clientele. You would've thought that I was asking directions to Zimbabwe with the way I was spoken too. Completely absurd and unprofessional. Never again will come into 723. Too many other options in town to be spoken to like a jack@ss! read more

friendly staff and smelled super nice. oh, and huge selection.

723 vapors has an excellent selection of mods and juices, pleasant atmosphere, and a very nice staff. I thought their prices were a little high on some of the clone mods they carry.I ended up purchasing a 4nine clone for 80 bucks. After 3 days of use I noticed that the magnets in the switch seemed to be corroding. I've been vaping for about a year and I own 6 different mods, but this is the first time I've encountered this. I know contacts oxidize and get dirty but this mod stopped firing and I had to scrape the magnet with a knife in order to use it again. I went back to store in search of a replacement and was told " welcome to the world of sub ohm vaping." I'm not new to sub ohm vaping and as stated before never had magnets do that. They refused to do anything about it. I guess I should have checked the return policy before purchasing. read more

0 customer service the 3 times I stepped into the shop. People were there, but they definitely take a hands-off/no hands approach. Will shop elsewhere. read more
