I have lived with a horrible painful pinched nerve & muscle between my hip and leg for 5 years. Because I hurt so bad I would walk with a limp and my left knee would swell because of all the imbalance. Even after drs, X-rays, meds for pains, chiropractor and 2 other physical therapy companies. I could not get better. In fact I was getting worse every year. So after being referred to UC Davis sports medicine. The Dr told me he would send me to Kimes " they will get you better!" I got a referral with Dr. Julia Wright in August. Well its been 2 1/2 month. I saw Julia once a week, plus I did the recommended therapy at home. Not easy and painful, but I am now pain free and able to walk in 3" heals or sleep on my side. What a relief. Thank you Dr Julia & Thank you Kimes. I appreciate all your knowledge. Going up and down them felt like climbing Everest with a fork stuck in my knee. Enter: Maddie, the world's greatest physical therapist. I'm convinced she might actually be a magician. She took one look at me and my feeble attempt at walking, gave me that "we're gonna fix this" confidence, and suddenly I'm doing more squats and lunges than I knew the human body could legally perform in one hour. And somehow she made it fun. And shoutout to Dylan and Jesse, the MVP assistants they're hilarious, so encouraging, and make squats and lunges feel like a social event instead of punishment. Fast-forward: I can run again. I finished a whole month-long running challenge at my gym in August. This from the same person who was treating a dog walk like an extreme sport back in March. The entire staff at Parry PT is exceptional, upbeat, and genuinely cares. There's this sense of community in the clinic. If you need physical therapy, go to Parry. Seriously, don't limp around in misery like I did. You will not regret it!

Had PT with them 2 years ago on my 1st knee replacement and didn't hesitate to go back to rehab my other knee replacement. I'm currently working with Maddie and the PT aides , they all know what they are doing. I've been to other PT clinics and they just give you exercises and never check on you or work on you. Lauren is so helpful in booking times, making sure to accommodate you and getting your PT scheduled on your way to recovery. I always look forward to going to PT. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These people are so dishonest, and they purposely hide the fact that they WILL charge you more if you have insurance even if your insurance won't cover it, even though they have an option to pay less if your deductible is high, but they don't tell you that outright. I spoke to an agent in the phone who snarkily said "Well we didn't HIDE it from you. If you had asked about it we would have told you." To which I responded "How can I ask about something I don't know about?!" Then she realized I wasn't going to be pushed around, hopefully realized it was an idiotic thing to say, and said she'd forward me to her supervisor. They also have an INCREDIBLY confusing billing page, which has still not been explained well to me. And it's taken well over a year to even tell me how much it was going to cost, after I had had A YEAR OF APPOINTMENTS ! They even say on their website that they won't book you until you know how much it will cost, which also isn't true. So now I have to deal with all this headache and it is ridiculous how much they scam you. The only reason I went with Luna was because my original physical therapist, who is amazing, was working with them. We'll never again. Save yourself the trouble. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Update: I stand by my original review and the experience I described. However, I do appreciate Luna's willingness to rectify their mistake. Someone from their billing department reached out to me directly, acknowledged my concerns, and adjusted my pricing to the self-pay rate that I should have been offered to me from the beginning. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and ultimately reach a fair resolution, and I think it's important to acknowledge that effort. That said, my original experience and concerns remain unchanged, and based on my overall experience, I would not recommend Luna Physical Therapy to anyone. He said we could go 15 minutes over so I would get my full hour. Luckily, I had nothing after that, so I could stay later. He should have contacted me to let me know he was behind schedule. He was friendly, but he had me stand so he could "get a look at me" from all different directions. I've had many massages and never had to do that, which was strange. There was no background music at all, that was weird. The massage was ok, while I was on my stomach he got on the table with me to put all of his body weight on my legs. When I was on my back he got on the table again to put his weight on me. I've never had that happen in a massage before. After my massage my lower back hurt. Overall a strange experience.
