My boyfriend had been doing work during the summertime out in Sweetwater and decided to go to the store and get me a dress for my birthday. Unfortunately, it was too big so he had to go back and exchange it, but they did not have my size in stock so he went to the front desk and the ladies took his name address and the size that was needed and said they would ship it to the house. Well, two months later, there was no sign of any dress so I had reached out to the store to figure out what went wrong and if I was going to ever receive my dress. The owner of the store talk to me and told me that they don't do orders specifically for the brand of dress that I had so I wanted to know why they took his information down, knowing that they couldn't order the dress. The owner was really nice to me. He even offered me a refund without a receipt or anything due to the fact that I live all the way in Dallas and I couldn't drive four hours back just to get the situation taken care of. He refunded me the full amount which was very thoughtful and he took care of me throughout the whole process. I'm giving this place five stars just because of what the owner did, but the staff on the other hand was where the problem started and I don't know if it's because they were too busy talking to each other rather than actually helping people. I had been in that store twice just from when I had gone out and visited my boyfriend and both times when I was in the store, I felt like I was being judged and every time I looked over the associates were too busy chitchatting rather than helping people. Again, the owner of the store was very nice and very respectful and took care of me but for the staff, I'm not too pleased with their service of the other workers due to the fact that we had ordered a dress since they didn't have my size and turns out they never placed an order and for two months I waited and nothing happened until I reached back out.

I thought it would be the perfect stop to stretch our legs and take a potty break. First - the yelp app map is completely wrong on the location. We were driving along I20 looking for the exit when my husband said "wait - did you say "Lati's Pottery? We just passed it!" After figuring out how to turn around and get back to it we finally arrived and I was super excited! Started looking around outside, tried the door to go in and it was locked. Sign said to knock if locked so we did and it was promptly answered. However it was evident she was anxious to get back behind her counter and not deal with us. My husband asked if he could use bathroom and she said "no".... And there is a no public bathroom sign so we understood that. Okay..... husband told me to look around and he would hold it as best he could so I could shop. I tried to strike up a conversation with her to tell her the app map was wrong - she was short and just not interested. We went outside and looked around but frankly i had lost the will to spend my money there. Yes - part of the issue is we needed a bathroom stop - but her attitude ensures that When we drive by again in a couple days - we won't plan on stopping.
