Very responsive via calls and texting. We worked with Alicia and I must say being out of state trying to coordinate a total tear off of shingles and replacing the roof of our soon to be new home to the metal, she made it easy. From the time we called, made a final decision to go with Rosilla brothers and then ordering the materials.. it was done working three weeks, a week and a half of that time was us deciding to go with them. Very fast. Their bid was very fair and the clean up they did was great. They made sure to roll the ground for loose nails and didn't leave a mess behind. Have confidence in Rosilla Brothers, we did! Beautiful work.

Rather than try to squeeze you for the max your insurance claim might pay, he provided me a very reasonable cash price for the job with no hassle. His outstanding crew completed my home in a single day and cleaned up the property as if they never were there. The new roof looks outstanding. His price for the job was so reasonable I even upgraded to impact resistant shingles. I highly recommend Hale Roofing for your roofing needs.

They came over on Saturday to give us a quote and arrived shortly before 8am Monday morning to start working. They quoted us very close to the last company and even did a few extras. We had a small storm come through while getting the work done and (without me asking) they accessed the attic space to ensure no water came through to ruin insulation or ceilings. The work was done quickly, minimal mess while working, the crew was very respectful and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns. I had a few things I needed that they just couldn't do for reasons outside their control(like a discontinued vinyl siding panel), but they gave me options to best resolve the issue. I was asked by two separate people if the finished product was satisfactory. They were hands down the most attentive and courteous contractors I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them...especially when you're in a crunch to get something done. I will definitely use this company again for future needs.
