My roof was trashed in the May 10th hailstorm in Hawley. I got their roofing division to replace all the shingles, vent fixtures and chimney (yeah, it was a NASTY storm). The last two times hail had damaged my roof it took 4 and five days respectively. They were done in two! And the work was impeccable. Highly recommended! read more

Briercroft was recommended by my insurance company following storm damage to my roof. They made contact within 24 hours to schedule a site visit, arrived on time, submitted the claim estimate directly to the insurance company, and then made contact after the claim was approved to coordinate the work. They started repairs on time and completed them on schedule. The project manager was very personable and attentive to the project. We would hire them again. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Briercroft after having a water leak in our wall. Originally, I hired a different big company in town to handle the job. After several red flags, I fired the original crew and brought in Briercroft. Before hiring them, Robert and Wes came out to visit about my issue. I explained my concerns with the other company, and immediately laid out my expectations as a customer. They told me how they would tackle our problem differently and I agreed to hire them for our water restoration. Not only did they uncover wet areas/walls the other business did not, but they worked more efficiently and precisely. In addition, they very clearly communicated with me, kept me in the know on all progress, and were extremely courteous. I mean, more so than I expected! For example, I latched our property gate open for them to come in when they arrived one morning and they still stopped at the gate and called before coming on the property. Impressive! A special thanks to Robert, the manager, and Wes, who oversaw the entire job, working 7 days a week, for which I am grateful!
