He was so patient with the process and helped out with the insurance company so very much. Dakota was here every time the insurance inspectors came and had conversations. The new roof is beautiful! They really went the extra mile by pulling off all the previous tar paper to expose rotting wood and they replaced it. They were the first roofing company to replace all the vents and paint them the color of the roof. I was shocked to see that happen. The last time, I climbed up on the roof and painted the vents!!! Getting a new roof is not fun, but Fat Matt made it less painful and we wouldn't have had the insurance help without them. The company helped by sending their estimates to the insurance also. This is a very professional organization that is going to be around in the future to help and to warranty their work!!
