These guys are MORE than awesome. I'm a 100% P&T disabled Veteran and I needed to move my 3 BR into a storage unit-- they were right on time, I had 4 guys and the owner actually showed up as they were moving my stuff. They carefully wrapped and reall took care of my things. The Storage place has totally screwed up my reservation I'd made for a storage unit and Jason, one of the movers took care of that too-- he sat with me with the storage person and helped me in the process- because I had NO idea what I was going to do since the storage place totally screwed me out of a unit that we needed size wise. Despite THAT, these guys hauled ALL of my stuff up stairs to the 2nd floor and managed to get everything in the unit and taking special care with me belongings--- I ABSOLUTELY would suggest for ANY move, call these folks--- I can't thank them ENOUGH for all of the help they gave me and for making an overwhelming move for me, go a lot smoother. These are EXTREMELY hard working people. And I'm grateful I found them. I will ask them to move my belongings to my new house as well--- I don't think I'd wanna try to trust anyone else!! read more

Recently a family member made a brave decision to leave a bad relationship. In doing so we needed assistance to pack/load/move this person's belongings to another area almost four hours away. Big Country Movers sent two very professional employees to assist myself in a walkthrough of the property and then began packing. I was not able to remain at the property due to previous obligation but Big Country Movers completes the packing without any other assistance to the full satisfaction of my family member. They also went above and beyond that day by completing the move almost four hours away and unloading the items into a storage unit. Guys started a little later than expected, but my oh my, they worked hard!! There were 3 men. They took furniture from house to storage, boxes from storage to house. Then they packed those boxes, and the boxes from the house along with some furniture in the house into the Upack trailer. My son was here and he said the trailer was packed very well! They really protected my furniture and it was nice to see how they wrapped things up to protect things! They were very respectful to my son and to me (I'm disabled, 65). This is the third time we've used these guys in a year and all we can say is WOW! They are on-time, get right to work, extremely careful, and knowledgeable about measuring and determining the best way to bring large pieces into your home. They treat each piece as it they are the owners. They were super careful with a set of VERY HEAVY and bulky office furniture and even made suggestions and rearranged the pieces a couple of different ways until the office felt less crowded. We were moving about a mile and needed some help with the larger items. I called that morning about 8:30 and they had movers to us about 11:30. The care that they took with all of our belongings knowing that we were only going about a mile was incredible! Everything was wrapped and carefully loaded/unloaded. They took furniture apart and put it all back together. No scratches, no dings...everything was left in perfect condition!! Dante, Anton and Jimmy were great to work with!! The Big Country Movers were great! 3 men moved our work furniture from one location to another. Jason & his team were great & very quick to move our stuff. Maggie is who I dealt with & she is super friendly. A few days before the move, Maggie came & looked at all the furniture that needed to be moved, free of charge. It was possibly going to rain & the movers had tarps handy. Also, they had generators to use in case our power was shut off at no extra cost. Wonderful, friendly, local people.
