She first sent over Dusty and Chad, Dusty is a super positive person and was great at explaining what I needed to do and what was wrong. Chad was a very nice person who answered questions easily and was very upbeat. The next visit, Gary and Dalton showed, again I had two very nice, down to earth and kind people, who explained the process and let me watch them work (the patience of these people is amazing lol!), while watching the process, I was impressed with Gary's thoroughness.
