He approached very respectfully and stated he was just starting his new lawn company called LRJ Landscaping and Lawn Care and that he had a special going on for the holiday weekend. I called the number on card and spoke to Mr. Knight directly. For my front and back yard he said he would respect the flyer and charge me $100 for both. He later explained on the phone that LRJ is actually his grandmother's initials. This young man is exactly the kind of drive and ambition I love to see. Chris and two team members showed up on time and completed our move in 2 hours. Granted, they only had to move about 4 miles, but they worked well together and did not leave a mess. As we get unpacked, it just gets worse and worse. Unfortunately, the Cherry Family packers had…read morealready packed some of our dishes that were stored in the dining room, before my wife saw them starting to pack the ones in the kitchen. When she saw that they were not padding them properly, they were just wrapping then with one layer of paper, she told them to stop and see packed the rest of the dishes in the kitchen. The attached picture is of some of the dishes they packed. We are also finding things we had clearly labeled do not pack in boxes that they packed, with the labels still on them. When we let the "Dad" know about some of the problems, his answer was that some of the packers he brought to our house we in training, but there was no one there to train them. I guess, he expected us to train them. And they do not care at all about customer service. They are the worst, hire anyone else beside them.
