This is a new pet store but I'm sure they'll be here for a long time. There is definitely a boutique feel here but I love that feeling of an upscale pet store. It's not a huge space and parking is a little tight but there's parking on the street. The employee that helped me I forgot his name but he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he sold. They have a little bit of everything from dog food, cat food, bedding and even spa treatments. I'm not in the area a lot but when I am and want to do some dog shopping I will definitely come here.

My family has been a client here since 1999 when we had our last dog, it's unfortunate that the standards of this clinic have gone downhill. Sent an email of my experience to the DVM/owner, Lisa Bramson, and she doesn't care enough about her business to even respond. Seems they mistakenly called me at 9 o'clock at night a few days after I sent my email as my phone only rang once as I went to pick up the call. The staff cares more about how clients are spending their money - the money that SUPPORTS their business - rather than the well being of their pets. They also like to openly discuss their dislike of various breeds - breeds that come into their care and also SUPPORT their business - while said breeds and owners are still in the building and can hear those discussions. Specifically, Dr. Michael Wilson should probably work on being more discreet. If you love your pets and want to be able to trust the hands you are allowing to care for them, definitely do not take them here.

Most stressful experience. Arriving on a Sunday night (only vet open) vet discovered my dog…read moreconsumed a hook after xray. I was given two options to do a scope or surgery. Confused I asked if it was possible it would be passed because I was concerned about cost. Vet said they could try to induce vomiting as a cheaper option but doesn't recommend it. They told me it would be $2,000 for the scope and $5,000 for the surgery. Distraught I asked about payment plans or any help they could provide and they declined saying they can only help if I signed up for a credit card. Seeing how upset I was the vet then asked me what my budget was which I found extremely offensive to ask what my dog is worth. They then pushed to induce vomiting and right away she threw it up being only $450. My experience felt so transactional and escalated significantly. As a local I hope they are able to improve their people interactions and meet people with their financial status because they are the only 24 hour vet.

She does not do more than what is necessary, she is kind, and knows what she is doing. She understands the care I want for my senior babies and goes over all information with me prior to starting or stoping any medications. Unfortunately I'm on the other side of the US right now and both my babies are sick and she has called me and communicated with me every step of the way on what to ask for with the vets I'm having to see elsewhere. I am so sad they cannot be taken care of in person by her but even across the US she is still providing care for my babies. Luna and Chow love you!
