They had all types of cute treats decorated like sharks, turtles, lobsters, owls, etc. I ended up getting the shark and then one bone that says happy birthday. There were some small decorated bones as well so I got those too. The owners were so nice and helped me at the register wrapping each treat individually. Their customer service was great, and the gentleman even gave me small flower looking treats complimentary for the party. He said they were blueberry flavored and let me tell you-- they ended up being all the dogs' favorite treat out of all of the ones I brought! It's not a huge space and parking is a little tight but there's parking on the street. I called Dr Tom at Key West Vets and Pets, twice and went into the White Street office on one occasion to be told by the secretary Mickey, a different vet (who was not involved in the cats visit and we had not ever met since becoming a patient in 2018) had given me the blood results over the phone and that was the end of the story. I asked Mickey to confirm my cell phone number and told her I had not spoken to anyone regarding the cats blood work results. I never spoke to this other, fictitious veterinarian and can prove it through my Verizon call log. I re-requested to Mickey, for the blood test results on three separate occasions totaling over $550 and NEVER RECEIVED THE RESULTS. DO NOT EVER PAY CASH TO THIS BUSINESS. DR TOM AND MICKY (secretary) ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I would give a score of ZERO if possible!! Very sad people like this exist in this world to take advantage of sick animals and their caring owners; that are strapped for money on higher food and gas prices. After staying there about three hours for bloodwork, X-rays, fluids and observation, the Dr. called and said that it was nothing serious which was a huge relief for us. She was discharged on medications and able to go home. The office continued to call and follow up on her over the next few days. We would definitely recommend this animal clinic to anyone needing their services.
