This clinic does not care about their clients or business. Do not trust them to care of your pets - especially if you own a doodle or frenchie. My family has been a client here since 1999 when we had our last dog, it's unfortunate that the standards of this clinic have gone downhill. Sent an email of my experience to the DVM/owner, Lisa Bramson, and she doesn't care enough about her business to even respond. Seems they mistakenly called me at 9 o'clock at night a few days after I sent my email as my phone only rang once as I went to pick up the call. The staff cares more about how clients are spending their money - the money that SUPPORTS their business - rather than the well being of their pets. They also like to openly discuss their dislike of various breeds - breeds that come into their care and also SUPPORT their business - while said breeds and owners are still in the building and can hear those discussions. Specifically, Dr. Michael Wilson should probably work on being more discreet. If you love your pets and want to be able to trust the hands you are allowing to care for them, definitely do not take them here. read more

Used to love this vet and took my dog there for 13 years but just decided to never take my dogs again due to her "new systems" losing a payment for pain meds (which she told me would be voided BECAUSE I ALREADY PAID), then 6 months later they snuck that charge into a teeth cleaning appt bill. Now I find out that a new invoice was created a week after that appt for clindamycin that I was never notified I owe. Just tried to go refill my 14 year old dogs arthritis pain meds and was told I couldn't get them unless I paid for them AND the charge they never told me about till this day. I only had enough money for the pain pills so I am unable to get my dog his pain meds till I can get them filled online. I'll clarify, Im okay with paying the bill if it is really for my dog, Im not okay with Lisa Bramson denying my dog his meds because of her office having a clerical issue at the time of our last visit and not giving me a chance in the last 3 months to pay it. She owes my dog a bottle of Gabapentin because she double charged me and needs to get her shit together. I am 100% switching to a different vet. read more

Our dog, Maggie, had an eye situation. It was growing fast and started to look bad. We called All Animal Clinic, but they were booked solid and yet they squeezed us into a very busy day. Looked at Maggie and suggested we needed to do something to get this thing off of her eye. They booked us the very next to do surgery on her eye. The fact that they have an on-call emergency doctor is laughable! My cat, who has been seen by them before, suddenly had a blood clot go to his back legs last night. His legs became paralyzed and he was in extreme pain. I immediately called the All Animal Clinic emergency number. I told them what was happening and was told by the coordinator that they had talked to doc B and she thought it was a blood clot. I was told that she would meet me at the clinic. I rushed my baby boy to their office. He was screaming with pain, throwing up and foaming at the mouth. 25 minutes later and no sign of doc B. I called the emergency number again and asked where she was. The coordinator said she would call doc B again ....20 minutes later still NO sign of her, NO call back from anyone. I could not stand seeing my little boy in such pain so I decided to drive the hour to Marathon to the animal hospital. They had to put him to sleep... he was in so much pain even after the pain killer the hospital gave him. The All Animal Clinic could have eased his suffering so much sooner. Have you ever had your animal playing around you one minute and then the next withering and screaming out in pain. I could do nothing for him... I was helpless while waiting for doc B or at least for a call. I was trying to hold him to comfort him but because of his pain having to watch him bite down on anything, me, metal, plastic all because of the extreme pain. All at the same time trying to tell him and myself that this next car was hers and she was going to help him. I finally heard from their office this morning, asking me how my cat was doing.... he's dead... I would give The All Animal Clinic (-10) stars if I could. His suffering went on way longer than it ever should have. I will never ever go there again! As far as I am concerned doc B could care less about being the on call emergency doc for sick animals... but what did I expect from a vet who regularly goes on hunting trips. read more

This was by far the worst vet experience I've ever had. During my first appointment the employees were yelling at customers on the phone, telling them to take their business else where , employees were yelling at each other, doors were slamming. I waited for almost two hours and the vet barely even looked at my cats skin infection because my cat was swatting and hissing. (You're a vet, figure it out). Instead of trying to do a thorough analysis or swab or figure out what was wrong, she "guessed" that my cat got pricked by a plant and sent me on my way with antibiotics. The infection got much worse and when I brought her back in for a second exam it went about as well as the first, I ended up walking out of the appointment and taking my business to Cruz animal clinic who I highly recommend. Cruz was able to accomplish in ONE appointment with SIX cat treats what all animal clinic claimed they could not do without a THIRD appointment and putting my cat under anesthesia. It might have been ok if the Dr was taking care of an emergency or just a typical office backup....but when a sales rep comes in with no appointment and the Dr invites her back to chat and leaves a paying customer sitting in a 6x10 room waiting......totally unexceptable! I felt the staff was very professional and they did x-rays and various tests to determine that the dog needed to go to the mainland for further care since the dog had a liver problem among other issues. We were in Key West on Vacation in March of 2015 and one of my dogs became very ill.This office was willing to see her within hours of my call.During that month we were there a number of times for something that was not easy to diagnose.Dr Brannen spoke to my Vet back home to make him aware of what I would be bringing back to him .Finally in May the vets performed an endoscopy and biopsy on her and diagnosed Inflammatory bowel disease. Dr Brannen was excellent and the charges were no more than I paid back home in upstste NY. read more

While on vacation in Key West, our German Shepherd developed a severe digestive issue. Our rental agency guest relations contact suggested we contact All Animal Clinic on Stock Island. We spoke to staff members twice who offered suggestions to try to remedy the situation. Still no better the next day, we called All Animal again and the staff squeezed us into the schedule the next morning. Everyone from Dr. Bramson to the technicians to the office staff were wonderful. They always called back when they promised, had medications and special food promptly ready on short notice and were genuinely caring. We would highly recommend. read more

It took me all of three minutes to decide I did not want to go business with these folks. One of the vet tech was charming--I fell in love. The other was nasty and outweighed the other. The costs were very high. $200 for an cray plus office visit. I just needed a cheap X-ray and $100 is the going rate most places. Checking around I found that all vets in the area had nearly identical pricing while farther up the Keys and on the mainland proves were reasonable. I will never recommend this clinic. Came in for a check up on a cat who had adopted us and was living in our carport. They suggested expensive procedures, this was an elderly cat mind you, why would she need her teeth cleaned at this point. Her quality of life was great before I brought her in. We left there and she was never healthy or happy again. 3 weeks later we had to take her to Marathon and have her put to sleep. No other family member of mine will ever be treated at this clinic as I believe they are more interested in making money performing unnecessary procedures than what is best for the animal. read more

We called and made an appointment a week in advance. We are positive that we called All Animal Clinic. Our appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Bramson. We showed up on time and the receptionist had no record of our appointment nor any record on our pet. We brought our cat there last year and received a reminder post card in the mail. The receptionist was rude, asked us "why are we there" and then never apologized for the "mix-up." We will not be going back there. read more

We rescued a tiny Pomeranian from the Key West SPCA. We needed to have her checked by a vet and OK'd for travel back to California. Dr. Lisa of All Animal Clinic was recommended. From the time we walked in the door, to the completion of our visit, we and our new pet were treated with the utmost respect, compassion and professionalism. Our little Pomeranium was greatly abused and was very scared and shy at the time of adoption.. Dr. Lisa and staff handled her very gently and effectively and ultimately gave us the go-ahead to travel. We are now back in California and "Sassy", the Pomeranian is healthy, happy, and seems to be putting her trauma behind her. Best place to take your babies. Staff are amazing Dr. Ziegler is AMAZING! Our babies could not be in better hands, no doubts about our Doctor. Dr. Ziegler is amazing, I think she loves our babies as much as we do. She has made ever effort to assure us our babies are in great hands. We could tell by both the staff and Dr. Ziegler we had nothing to worry about. We have to take our baby in for surgery, Dr. Ziegler is making arrangements for us to be with her immediately after surgery to comfort our baby. We are so comforted knowing we can be with our baby immediately after surgery. We are not eager to have the surgery but we need to assure our babies comfort. read more

Sweet and helpful staff. Always squeeze us in when we have a "problem". The most recent stop in the clinic was due to our cat and dog getting fleas despite being on monthly treatments.. Doc said most of the island is dealing with flea problems because the weather. Thankfully they are very knowledgeable on how and which treatments can be administered concurrently! read more

Exactly! Me thinks not! Pet owners, please, avoid this place. There is many other vets in Key West and Keys. This is not the place to find help for your babies, this is a business and the ONLY BUSINESS...Dr. Lisa is maybe knowledgeable, but her love for her work is long gone. (By the way I saw her once in couple of years only. But definitely I saw 3 or more technicians or other vets changing fast that you even don't remember their names!) And some stuff is maybe nice and polite but that doesn't save your animal life...I understand that she needs to pay her bills like every body else, but as an animal doctor you work with living beings. Everybody makes mistakes but doctors mistake are sometimes irreversible. It took me a few years to be able to write this review. But when I see new "great" reviews, I just don't get it... read more

I live in Key West during the winter and am comforted to know that my dogs are in good hands here. This is a busy office in the winter when they get slammed with seasonal people like me, some of whom can be very demanding (like emergency calls at midnight for an ear infection because money is no object). Yes, I've had to wait a long time on some occasions, but when the vet is with me, she is totally with me and my dog and I have never felt rushed. Dr. Bramson and Dr. Ziegler are both fabulous. Ignore the hotheads who have reviewed them here. Go see for yourself and then decide. read more

This place will only take your animal if it's convenient for them. Not if they have lunch, or feel they're too busy. Several times they have let us know that, no, this wasn't a convenient time for our animal to be sick. They actually told us to go somewhere else, even though we've been here before and they have our records. They really don't give a twit about your pet, so follow their own advice and go somewhere else. read more

Our dog is sick and we told them this and their answer is to give us a call every morning to see if we can fit you in? This has gone on for 3 days and today we finally get in to see the vet and were told they have an emergency and to go home and call back later. We call back to see when we can bring our sick dog back and were told maybe today if not maybe tomorrow? Let me emphasize again our dog is sick!
