This company came recommended. But beware that they do not send the same cleaner to every client. In her defense, I don't think she was trained at all. The cleaner needed to be asked to redo areas. She was supposed to do a deep cleaning which I paid $235. Not detailed work at all. Some rooms were just passed over. I mentioned my issues to the owner during the cleaning and they were not receptive. I have had housekeepers for 20+ years and this is by far the worst experience. The owners need to know how inept their staff is because of a lack of training but it seems they really don't care. It takes me ten minutes to dust every room that has plantation blinds. They wanted to charge me $2 per section to dust each of them. I started this review last night and I'm adding to it after I noticed she broke my vacuum! They only sent one person for a large home. I cleaned my very sticky floors after she left and you can see by the photo how dirty they were. I don't think she knows how to clean properly and I blame the owner for that. I have had this Bissell floor cleaner for 4 years and the water was never this dirty. I should have canceled when the owner contacted me first thing in the morning asking if my cleaner could use my washer and dryer for her dirty rags from the day before. I live in a home not a laundromat so I said no, I'm not ok with that. She said ok but that the cleaner will be late because she will need to buy more rags. She was 45 minutes late. Like some of the other reviews, there are too many problems to list them all. She cleaned in her bare feet. She left a sock in my driveway. Dirty rag and bottle of spray cleanser on my daughters bed. I found broken glass and I don't know yet where that came from. She did not bring a vacuum and used mine. She was very rough with it and when I tried using it this morning I see she broke it! I'm not surprised because of the way she abused it. This was a $500 Dyson Animal and not a cheaply made vacuum. She never even notified me it was broken before she left. I should have checked google and Yelp reviews first. I read the reviews on the NextDoor app and I don't think they are legitimate. I'll start with what they did correctly. They really cleaned my main bathroom's shower tile! They moved the furniture in the living room and cleaned behind and under the furniture. It was REALLY dirty (no lie). A LOT of dog hair and dust in my house. They vacuumed the couch and side chairs. What the service did poorly: At 9:30 pm the night before, I had to confirm if the service was coming the next day or not. I had to ask what time. I had to ask, what are their names. They were TWO hours late on the day of service. When they arrived, they went into my bedroom and closed the door. Besides what they did well, they did terrible half-ass work in other places. They didn't clean my fans. Didn't dust the top of the fridge. Cleaned one side of the two plantation shutters but not the flip side in the only room that had them. Clean the top of a coffee table, the two legs on the front side, BUT NOT THE legs on the back side (yes, easily accessible and the table could have been moved). They disconnected my Comcast TV cable, modem, and WiFi and knocked over a clock. (said nothing). They took or used some of my cleaning supplies. Entire bottles are missing. The cleaning supplies were not in the trash. AND TO TOP IT OFF, when I turned on the shower later, my shower head fixture FELL TO THE FLOOR OF THE SHOWER. When I gave my feedback, there were a lot of excuses... and I was told that I hadn't ordered a deep clean.... I am telling you that I ordered a deep clean of two ladies for 3 hours at a price of $35/hour EACH lady. THAT'S THE PRICE FOR A DEEP CLEAN! Susie didn't like my feedback and blocked me on Messenger. I would not recommend this company. They forgot to clean both bathtubs and floor was not swept or mopped properly. They offered discount for next cleaning, but wasn't sure that I would ever use this company again. So, they told me they would come to clean the items missed that day. They never showed back up and won't respond to texts. Very disappointed. read more

I originally hired Susie's to do a deep clean. After they left I was a bit concerned not everything was done that I had been told would be done as in shower/bath walls and doors, baseboards, ceiling fans. One bedroom was skipped completely. Anyway after the 2nd regular clean and bathroom shower and bath walls/doors not touched, bath tub itself not cleaned, floors not mopped, I called and spoke to owner. She advised they would call and schedule a free clean for the next month. No one ever called. After not hearing from them I phoned and asked for half my 2nd clean to be refunded and was told they would send me a check. Even gave me a check #. Have been waiting on that check since Nov 2020. When I called in Feb 2021 and asked about the check she said she would send a new one. Still waiting and it is mid March. Now when I try and contact her she has me blocked from her number and I am blocked on her facebook page and messenger page. Susie makes alot of excuses and blames the customer for all problems. This is the worst cleaning company I have ever dealt with and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

The owner was very nice however the cleaning was less than optimal. Paid $110 for a deep cleaning, fans were not even dusted. I felt I should've given them another chance so I called the owner and told her of my concerns. She apologized and gave us $10 off the second regular cleaning which was normally $75. One cleaner came for about 1.5 hrs and again the fans were not dusted, there was dust in other rooms, sinks were dirty. I live in an 850 sq ft house with 2 bed/1bath. I feel that there should have been more time spent, especially with only 1 cleaner and the price. I would recommend going with a larger commercial company that is thorough and you get what you pay for. read more

Lousy job, had to redo all this lady's "cleaning". Charge you for a "deep cleaning" and they do a regular cleaning. Owner never shows up to see the job but want her subcontract to be done at specific times. They make you think they are charging you by the job, but couple of hrs into the job want more $ because "its over the time frame". I decided to use Susie's cleaning after several people recommend them. I surly was extremely disappointed. Price didn't match, but I understand, I do have 3 bedroom 3 bath house. First she told told me it will take 3 hours, so I took my kids to park, got text an hour later, than my house is gonna be done in less than hour, 30 mins later the cleaning girl was waiting for me outside. My house smelled nice, that's true, but that's it. She never touched front of my kitchen cabinets, microwave inside never done, dried up food on back splash, I scraped staines from cook top with my nails, floors were not shiny, still sticky from kids, dark furniture never been polished, my headboard never been dusted, lamps never been dusted, btw. lamps are part of a deep cleaning, mirrors, toilet seat from bottom was dirty and I can go on, but it's pointless, I pretty much paid $100 for her just to show up. Owner made an attempt for her to come back, but I decided I don't want them in my house any more, I rather stay up late and do my own cleaning. Save your money and call someone else! read more
