I have seen it all almost. But then I tried Zoe's and my goodness I figured the first few times the perfection levels were just flukes, but even as they changed cleaning ladies cause I changed my cleaning days, they consistently did a flawless job! Every single time and with a single cleaner not 2 or 3 like the other companies did to jack up their rates, and in the same time as the others. The attention to detail and how the ladies always ask is there anything else they would like me to have cleaned, not making me feel like they have somewhere else to be. The owner is very communicative, she confirms every appointment, is flexible and follows up to see if the job is to my satisfaction. The ladies are trustworthy, while they may not all speak perfect English, they are all sweethearts. They do their very best and take pride in their job. I am using them for over 4 months and am having them also do my condo unit, as well as, my home. If you have any questions, they answer them honestly and I base all my relationships on trust. I trust Zoe's cleaning service. No more broken items found and not reported to me, no more having new girls being trained and standing around like lazy dorks and no more poor cleaning jobs. Finally someone I am so grateful for because they are truly professional and honest. I am a stickler for cleaning my home, they do baseboards, glass, move the lighter furniture around to vacuum and the list goes on.

Bottom line, my mom was the customer, she did not say the things that you said she did about the cleaning job being wonderful, nor did she "promise" a wonderful Yelp review. There are NO counter tops covering the drawers in the kitchen!!! Not only were the drawer tracks filthy but so were the inside (in plain sight) insides of the drawers, not to mention the other areas that were not clean. We had painters there doing "touch up", there wasn't any construction going on. Why would I need to be there to supervise YOUR staff, that's your job, that's what the customer is paying for!!! Not once in my review or on the phone did I attack you personally or call you names, as you are doing to me, you are a business owner and again, I remind you that if you do not provide a good service as promised people have a right to express their displeasure. That's why we live in America!!! This is also not your first one star review, others have had the same or similar experiences with you. You said something about in a "court of law" the verbal agreement would hold up??? Not sure what your point is there, but you were paid, and technically my mom should have received a refund since in your response below you clearly did not provide the service requested. And it should be noted that she NEVER asked for her money back. I am not out to hurt anyone, the pandemic has NOTHING to do with this and you need to stop using it as an excuse for poor work product. YOU and only YOU are responsible for the success of your business in regards to quality and product of service. Also, don't try and guilt me into changing my review or into writing a positive review, 2020 has affected my family as well, both financially and health wise. If you are a business owner, provide a better service. People have the right of choice on where and how they want to spend their money, and at $50/hr the expectation was high. Additionally, other consumers have a right to this information. We ALL work hard for our money! Also, show some level of professionalism - 1) don't call and harass dissatisfied customers and 2) it's rude to hang up on people. Due to my update, I took away a star. ********************************************* I was a bit disappointed with the cleaning service we received, especially since this place has good reviews on Yelp. We requested a DEEP clean, the house is empty of furniture, household belongings, etc....kitchen doesn't even have counter tops right now, yet the drawers were filthy, inside and out and the cabinet doors still had "dust" on them. Bathroom drawers weren't particularly deep cleaned either. The floor still had remnants of the painters caulking stuff on it (not stuck, but loose particles), stuff which should've been picked up by the vacuum. Microwave still had a greasy substance in it. If you're looking for a deep move-in clean I would look elsewhere. For $50 an hour, the house should've been immaculate! We shouldn't have had to clean after the cleaners left.

The cleaner needed to be asked to redo areas. She was supposed to do a deep cleaning which I paid $235. Not detailed work at all. Some rooms were just passed over. I mentioned my issues to the owner during the cleaning and they were not receptive. I have had housekeepers for 20+ years and this is by far the worst experience. The owners need to know how inept their staff is because of a lack of training but it seems they really don't care. It takes me ten minutes to dust every room that has plantation blinds. They wanted to charge me $2 per section to dust each of them. I started this review last night and I'm adding to it after I noticed she broke my vacuum! They only sent one person for a large home. I cleaned my very sticky floors after she left and you can see by the photo how dirty they were. I don't think she knows how to clean properly and I blame the owner for that. I have had this Bissell floor cleaner for 4 years and the water was never this dirty. I should have canceled when the owner contacted me first thing in the morning asking if my cleaner could use my washer and dryer for her dirty rags from the day before. I live in a home not a laundromat so I said no, I'm not ok with that. She said ok but that the cleaner will be late because she will need to buy more rags. She was 45 minutes late. Like some of the other reviews, there are too many problems to list them all. She cleaned in her bare feet. She left a sock in my driveway. Dirty rag and bottle of spray cleanser on my daughters bed. I found broken glass and I don't know yet where that came from. She did not bring a vacuum and used mine. She was very rough with it and when I tried using it this morning I see she broke it! I'm not surprised because of the way she abused it. This was a $500 Dyson Animal and not a cheaply made vacuum. She never even notified me it was broken before she left. I should have checked google and Yelp reviews first. I read the reviews on the NextDoor app and I don't think they are legitimate. This is by far the worst cleaning service I have ever had.

Only Pictures of before cleaning are included because I cancelled the contract before much was done. I agreed to $390 because I knew that our house had not been cleaned professionally in several months. After the two cleaners arrived 30 minutes late, they began in our office. I asked one very nice lady if they would clean one door frame. She said she would have to call in and ask. 20 minutes later, I received a text message from someone in administration that said that the cost had been increased by $190 because, and I quote, there is dust on baseboards and stains on cabinets and other surfaces. Not true about stains and minimal dust if any! Also, she said that there is build up in the bathroom. WHAT? What shower doesn't have normal soap deposit and ours is minimal! Isn't that why they were hired? $390 doesn't include cleaning the shower? I immediately told the two very nice and polite ladies to stop working. I then called the company and shared my grievances. If dust and normal soap deposits are extra, what does almost $400 pay for? BAIT AND SWITCH! As other reviews indicate, the price goes up after the work has begun. We all get a call.....for me a text, that they need more time. RIDICULOUS!. The pictures below are pre-cleaning because the cleaning never occurred. THIS IS WHAT MY HOUSE LOOKED LIKE WHEN THEY ARRIVED. This company wanted almost $600! REALLY? FOR THE HOUSE PICTURED BELOW? I previously had a 4000 sq ft house with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a deep cleaning was only $350. $570 + a generous tip is outrageous! Again, if dust and soap deposits require additional money, one of us is off. Look at my pre pictures and I know you will agree. This house is only 2200 sq feet and one bedroom was not to be cleaned. So I was asked to pay almost $600 for two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, den, living and dining room. No lanai! Are you kidding ? Floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen counter, and dusting almost $600? No dishes, no laundry! Owners, this is crazy and insulting. You should be ashamed of yourself. I saw another review where the price was increased after they arrived. BAIT AND SWITCH! I am sure that there is someone in Naples willing to take this easy job and be happy to get it. I am more than fair...that's why I agreed to $390. My guess is that the lovely hard working ladies make about $15 per hour. That is $90 for three hours with two ladies. So, the other $490 goes into the owners pockets. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!

The price was very reasonable as the condo we allowed a relative to stay in needed a deep cleaning. Franceska texted me when she was on her way and showed up right on time. The before and after of the condo is night and day!!! She did her magic and we are so grateful to have a clean condo back. Not only did she deep clean everything, she also has the equipment to shampoo your carpet and upholstery. She is worth every penny! Thank you so much Franceska

Franceska cleaned our office on Friday and because of Covid it was not done in awhile so it was way passed due. Our whole office felt clean and smelled awesome. We will be working with her every other week now and I would highly recommend her. Franceska cleaned 4 offices upstairs, 3 offices downstairs, conference room, Kitchen and 2 bathroom. She started promptly at 10am and was finished before 2pm. She was fast efficient and all around awesome to work with. Her communication was top notch customer service. She texted when she was on her way, she accommodated credit cards, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I will also say that I called 3 other places to get a quote and nobody bothered to call me back or reply or even take the time to come to the office. This was a no brainer and I'm so glad we hired her.
