We ordered and the order never came, although the food I great and I've been there many times this last experience was truly terrible and to be honest the quality was declining rapidly throughout the last few years.
Let me just explain what happened last time. We ordered food at around 8 pm, at 9 pm we called again because our order hadn't arrived yet (which is obviously unusual), the guy on the phone confirmed that it was being prepared, the problem was that that was not true, it was obviously a busy night for the restaurant and instead of canceling orders due to high demand, they accepted the order, the obvious problem is that since they were full of orders they could not make and serve them all, we called again at 10, but nobody answered, at 11 we decided our order wasn't going to come that night, we were never notified nor the evening nor the day after, no apology was made by the establishment except a small discount (a free drink, the equivalent of 2€). The problem is that if they were packed they should not have accepted the order, it's as simple as that, no customer should wait for hours and end up eating whatever was left over in the fridge without a call or text.
