Worst restaurant I have been to in a long time. The salmon sashimi was served as 2mm thin slices of salmon laid on top of a bowl of rice, and had no flavor at all. What is that? It must have been old or just poor quality.
The gyoza were frozen from the supermarket and served with a shiny, slimy look. I ended up trying all things we ordered once, but not finishing anything.
The side of rice was not even fresh. I make better rice for my kids at home with my rice cooker.
It was amazed and curious at the amount of business this place was doing. Do people here know what good Japanese food, or what sushi fish should taste like? I don't understand how this place is rated 4 stars, but that's enough of a sign for me to never eat Japanese in Strasbourg again. Huge opportunity for a someone wth skills to make a nice Japanese restaurant.
To top it all off, the service was mediocre. Worst money spent at a restaurant for as far as I can remember. read more
