I'd reply to the comment but the store doesn't allow it. We ordered 9 rolls doe 4 ppl. We 100% were looked over in favor of ppl show CAME INTO THE STOREA AND placed ordered in front of us. A lot of the excuses don't make sense. We were ready to order within 10 mins. Not an hour. It it makes your timeline work better, so be it. We did love the food but now the excuses leave an even worse flavor into our mouth. Overall we won't be back and will tell our friends in the area to skip. You could've owned your mistakes/biases and said you'd work on them but didn't. Excuses make it all worse. read more

As to the sushi quality, this place is great. The rolls were delicious. However, I cannot leave this place a 5 star review and I'm leaving a 4 star because: 1) this place is primarily geared towards takeout. It is not located in a nice plaza. The place is kinda cramped inside. All these things would be fine if the restaurant was not charging for their sushi the same price as nice sit down restaurants in Aventura area. This restaurant is not in the same category, hence I believe the prices should be lower. 2) the food took long to come out. The restaurant only had one other person inside and not that many to-go orders. All that being said, I still enjoyed the food a lot. Amazing place! The sushi tastes amazing, they have an incredibly large menu and everything is made fresh!!!! The desserts melt in your mouth and they even have ramune along with a lot more other drinks. The owner is so kind and the establishment looks amazing, the interior decor is beautiful. OMG! My friend who lives in Hollywood brought me to this place and literally as soon as you walk in you can feel the love. Its such a cute space and the staff was so friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. My friend and I ordered the On Fire roll and a Baked Melt roll and it was like my taste buds were backflipping. If you enjoy curated dining experiences and attention to detail, this is the place for you. Sati and her husband have done a lovely job with their restaurant. It's tastefully decorated with a such a peaceful vibe. Sati did a great job explaining the menu and the concepts behind their creation. Her husband goes to the farms every morning to get fresh fish and other ingredients and nearly everything is made from scratch; even the mayonnaise. We had the spicy tuna roll, the large bowl of protein miso soup made to order, some tempura calamari, and a crab roll with the cream cheese substituted by avocado. Incredible sushi made with ingredients that are picked up from local organic farms every day and only used on the day they are picked up. They also grow their own nori seaweed and you can taste the difference. Sati was a great waitress she told us about every roll we ordered in great detail.
