The quality, flavours and combinations is in top, the service and drinks. For the love of god try their drinks, especially the one called 'Goma'. I can recommed the tuntataki with mushrooms and two colored chilisauce, edamame beans with soauce, and the gunkan egg with truffle. I have been a fan for now 4 years ago when I was there to dine 29 courses and it was one of the most memorable food-experiences I have ever had. The waiters always helps, observant and can come with a good story and detailed explanation of the foods heritage. The acustic is not optimal though, therefore I prefer to sit upstairs in the bar.

The gyoza came with sweet & sour sauce instead of gyoza sauce, which I found odd, but I'm not very familiar with what Dane-ified Japanese food generally entails. The serving "plates" are large, heavy stone slabs. They took up almost all the space on my table leaving little room for cutlery or drinks. They were so heavy that my server had trouble carrying them and setting them down. Once on my table, I could barely move/adjust them. Whoever chose these "plates" has never worked in a restaurant or had to run food. They are an absurd choice and where they are supposed to add to the ambience and decor, they only create awkwardness and give you a sense that management is trying to compensate for something with this gawky gimmick. Please get normal plates appropriate to the scale of your tables. It would add to the professionalism of the restaurant and save your employees' wrists!
