Lars, our initial server was very helpful and attentive. We had a starter of chicken fingers which were great. The main items of a burger and ribs seemed to take forever only to learn that something in the grill was broken. A new server brought another order of fingers and then the main meal which was great. We were surpirsed when Lars told us the starter and our initial drinks were free because we had to wait. This offer never happens in places I've been outside the USA and is even less frequent these days at home. Very impressed with service and the food was good. The service was very nice and efficient and the food we ordered was great: the penne with ham in a creamy sauce was copious and very fine and tasty, a nice touch being the fried rucola on top. My soon to be daughter in law had a vegetarian dish, a salad which she was very pleased with and my stepson had a typical northern german dish ( I think) a 'sauerfleisch', 3 big slices of meat in gelly which he found excellent.
