The quality, flavours and combinations is in top, the service and drinks. For the love of god try their drinks, especially the one called 'Goma'.
I can recommed the tuntataki with mushrooms and two colored chilisauce, edamame beans with soauce, and the gunkan egg with truffle.
I have been a fan for now 4 years ago when I was there to dine 29 courses and it was one of the most memorable food-experiences I have ever had.
The waiters always helps, observant and can come with a good story and detailed explanation of the foods heritage.
The acustic is not optimal though, therefore I prefer to sit upstairs in the bar.
