Most tourists coming in bought carrots right outside the gate. Just be cautious of the male deers that will almost charge you if you have carrots/food. One was even hissing! Watch out for your children and do not bring food in if you are worried.

A lot of the deers are really friendly and come right up to you. You must be careful as they can turn aggressive very quickly, however we had a fun time with no problems. It is also located right next to the ocean so we walked down onto the shore afterwards and had a really nice time just relaxing there and doing some photography. Overall I highly recommend coming here!
