They denied my request to speak with a manager regarding the situation because I felt very uncomfortable and in pain. I asked if the cook could please issue me an apology because I DID NOT consent to having him throw shrimp at me. And they used the excuse of him "just having fun". After multiple times of me asking to have him apologize to me because I felt very uncomfortable the cook walked by and all he said was "sorry" and then laughed at me. I felt very exposed and embarrassed. My eye still stings and they did nothing to remedy the situation. It is a safety hazard and can cause serious damage. I do hope they do a better job of listening to their guests & making sure their guests feel safe.

At 9:15, we left, never having received our soda and tea. Luckily for us, as we were walking out of the restaurant, the manager said, "Thank you, have a good night." Now, I know they were busy and maybe they weren't expecting so many kids, but 45 minutes and no drinks, unacceptable. We left and went to the Bob Evans in the same complex. Sure it wasn't hibachi, but at least we were done eating by 10. I wonder if the people at our old table had even had their orders taken by then!
