Best sushi in Brandon! Wonderful and pleasant service, good menu, and for an inland sushi restaurant the sashimi is pretty good too. Weekdays and lunch times are cheaper and the all-you-can-eat menu is worth the money (the dinner menu offers a few extra items, including sashimi). The regular menu also has some great specials. There are two options for ice cream each day and they vary significantly: mango is my personal favourite. The staff is very accommodating and will allow us to place half orders (4 piece maki vs 8) so that we can order more variety in our meal. The seating is also incredibly comfortable! The Canada roll is a restaurant specialty and very good. I am always happy to eat at Sushi Hut and look forward to my next visit! read more

Low quality sushi, slow service, sushi is the size of your fist and 90% rice. They don't even make eye contact as they deliver your food. I waited for 40 minutes with my credit card in my hand before someone came by and told me to pay at the front: I removed a portion of the rice from most of the sushi and was charged $3 extra on my bill for "uneaten food". I had 6 small items total ordered and ate alone, an additional charge of over 10% of the bill for rice is ridiculous. I expressed my displeasure and was met with a shrug. read more

Great food! The all you can eat is the best! There is so many different types of Japanese cuisine. The decoration is beautiful, and it feels like you are walking into an actual restaurant in Japan. It's the best sushi restaurant in Brandon! read more

Hit and miss. The first time I went was with a group and the service was alright. had to ask for water a couple times. Food tastes pretty good. I was craving it the next day. Came back today, a week later. The service sucks; slow waitresses, food came VERY slowly. Every time after finishing the portion, I had to ask for the menu back. Food was good though. If you can get past crappy waitresses, I recommend this place. read more
