Went to Tim Horton's at this location on Sunday 18 Nov at 6am. Ordered 2 coffees and got them promptly. Also ordered 4 bacon breakfast sandwiches, after 10 minutes started asking when they will be ready. Got no answer. Noticed that drive thru that ordered same as me was getting served right away. So after 20 minutes I asked again. Employee was going to give me my sandwiches when another employee yelled "Hey, they are not for him". And withdrew and gave to drive thru. I thought that was rather rude. Again asked when my order would be ready, stated that it was now 20 minutes. Employee then rushed my order, but sandwich bun was burnt. By then it was over 25 minutes for them to prepare my order. Phoned customer service today Tuesday 20,November. She stated that drive thru has priority, but order should not be 25 minutes. Told her that they were holding sandwiches in anticipation of drive thru and ignoring counter orders. Which is main reason why the delay. Not everyone orders breakfast sandwiches, they hold orders in anticipation of drive thru orders, thus the main reason for delay. But yelling that orders are not for counter was rude. And the fact that there are about a dozen employees on hand at the time, makes this seem like there needs to be re-training of employees. Service should not take that long. I recommend avoiding this location. McDonald's has a better track record. They have less employees, with shorter wait time. read more
