After wandering Europe for a month, I was so desperate for non-European food that I sought out sushi in Italy, of all places. This restaurant is one of the new (~2018) fast food restaurants on the terrace of Rome's Termini station. It is well organized with a shelf counter with a wide selection of sushi, some salads, fruit salads, yogurts, non-alcoholic drinks and original Japanese beer available for takeout. Each package is presented very nicely and has the price clearly indicated. There are plenty of tables and benches in the station to eat and every space is very clean. As for the sushi, I'm not an expert, but I can appreciate the freshness of the fish, especially if it is raw. My tuna roll was on par with grocery store sushi (where the fish is not particularly flavorful and the rice is slightly stale), but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I would get the edamame again. read more
