Please rewrite this Kate will have you sign up for three…read moresessions and at the very beginning you're going to feel like it is starting to work. But there are things that Kate will let you know she will tell you that you can call anytime which is not true. she does not like phone calls if you're not paying her . She's very rude. If you are describing the way you feel about something she shut you off and it tells you the way it's supposed to be. It's very controlling. I do not recommend Kate with anyone. I suffer from severe panic attacks and PTSD on Monday. I was in a horrible car accident and I wanted to talk to Kate because I thought that was the most appropriate person to talk to you when I was in a state of mind that I was in Kate started asking me questions about if I've gone to the emergency room and to keep a track record. That was nice, but the intent behind that was to have a payout on my insurance company and that made me feel very uncomfortable. The next thing she talked about three hours after my car accident when I called her was about my second cousin, she asked me what kind of trust fund he had. I told her over and over again I feel really uncomfortable and I'm getting very angry with these questions, she hung up the phone in my face so I text her and told her I would like a refund for my money. This was Monday. She knows that I don't have PayPal. I pay as a guest and I still have not had a refund I would not recommend this person. She has no heart and she is a liar about what she provides for her clients. She lied to me and she lied to another person that has made a post on this page. I would not recommend Kate Ellis. There are other hypnotherapist out there. That actually are really good. I have a new one and I am so pleased that things ended up the way they did because she was not anything like I expected. I should've read the post and if I did, I would've understood that she was not in it to help people she was in it for the moneyso if you wanna go, trust her with all of your secrets be careful if you start talking about money. I will post pictures up of my morning that I had before Kate hung up in my face and before Kate asked me about my family's money. I hope you find the help you need, but this person is not the person that you can trust.

Kate is a mind healer!!…read more I went to Kate at a time when I was struggling with grief from the past and had anxiety thinking about the future. She navigated me through my problems by showing me a new perspective that I would have never thought about. She made me realize the power of mindfulness and how to see opportunities even in the darkest times of our lives. She gave me homework exercises for the mind that really worked well for me. Unlike most business, she is actually there when we need her even after the sessions and that made me understand how genuinely she cares about her clients. I am still in touch with her and she still helps me through some difficult situations. I highly recommend Kate.

Molly is a phenomenal therapist, caregiver, and professional. From our first contact through email…read moreI could see her investment in my mental health. She was open and honest with her availability and timeline to onboard a new patient and was willing to work in person or remote. I'm glad we went for in person because I wasn't as sold on EMDR therapy as I should have been. It is like unclogging negative thoughts from your brain and giving yourself some real relief from beating yourself up over the moments you fell-short in, and grew-up from. I came into the practice needing a lot of immediate help in quieting my demons of self doubt and then worked through past trauma with Molly to revisit, reframe, and ultimately exorcize those demons from my mind. She is familiar with the theory and practice of Cognitive Behavioral Theory which provided me with nearly immediate relief (hinging, of-course, on my willingness to engage openly with myself and with Molly in the practice). Molly opens by naming what has gone well since our last visit and is good at framing and helping me see my mental and emotional growth over time. (I sometimes forget how hard things were and how far I've come) I feel capable of handling a garbage truck worth of muck coming my way now. When I first walked in her door I would have lost my shit over a little poo on my shoe.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jane. My daughter has been in counseling for about 3 years…read morenow and we never saw any results until we started seeing Jane. Jane doesn't just help our daughter, she has given me countless tools as well. I finally feel like I'm actually equipped to be a parent for the first time in 10 years. I also picked up her book Raising Humane Beings and I couldn't put it down. I read the whole thing in 2 days and had so many "ah-ha" moments. The way I parent has basically done a complete 180 since meeting Jane and our family feels so much more calm and connected now. Jane was born to do this work. I've even decided to start going to her myself for non-parenting counseling as well. If you want actual results from counseling, look no further. Jane is the real deal. Edit: After reading through some of the other reviews I feel the need to add that some of the tools Jane offers may not be considered "conventional"... and that's a GOOD THING. That's why her tools actually work. Don't expect the same old song and dance you're going to get from any counselor you go to. If you go into therapy with an open mind and a willingness to do the work, you will see results immediately. An example for me was her "talking stick" exercise. I thought to myself "there's no freaking way out family is going to sit down and do talking stick"... and after Jane had my daughter and I practice it in a session, it's our new favorite thing! It instantly made me feel so much more connected to my daughter and helped her feel heard and validated. But again, having an open mind and being willing to try something different is key. You have to actually want your situation to change, otherwise no counselor or amount of therapy will work. Seems like the only negative reviews were from people that either never actually had a session with her, or went in and didn't try the tools she recommended, which says less about Jane and more about the reviewer IMO.

Since meeting Jane, my relationship with my partner has transcended any space it's been in before…read more We have ben able to lean into the tools and see real change occur between us. It was difficult and the methods never felt helpful in the moment because of our patterns but we learned that they were doing deeper work in spite of our resistance. While there's a long road ahead, we finally feel like we're in sync.
