After waiting 3.5 hours on the roadside in the dark, the "other" company never even showed. It was after 10pm and we called Castro. He was a little way away finishing up another job. Wouldn't hesitate a second to call him again if we needed towing. Need TEN stars!

So finally i called Productive Towing again and they came right away, i wished i would've booked them the first time I called! The most honest and professional service i ever received. I would say the minute iliya showed up put a smile on my face, even tho i was stuck in a situation, he handled everything with personal touch and went above and beyond! I feel stupid for not booking them at the first place as they were even cheaper than the company i paid before that and they never showed up. So going forward i 100% recommend Productive Towing as your first choice!

As in, I could not get out at all. Everything locked and seized up on me and it took a while for the, "Manual Override" to work. I could not open the windows or doors and the car refused to go into Neutral as to allow it to be pushed out of the main and might I add, very busy, road. It was a very frightening thing to happen, especially in the left hand fast lane of a major road. Luckily my car at least coasted to the turn late so a tad better than being stuck in the no stopping at all, fast lane. I am sure I would have been killed if the car did not at least get over to the turn lane where cars have to naturally stop on the arrow or to turn left. I am also glad my car did not also stop on the light rail tracks, which were right next to me. To make matters worse, of course people still have to be jerks and to make a big scene over it. Yes lady, yelling and cursing at me. I know I should put my Lights, errrrrrrrummmmmmmm, you mean Hazards on? If they worked I sure would put them up. Thanks for that advice. Insert eye roll. People, listen up! Be kind on the road. The only people who offered to help were the homeless folks walking by and two car owners who stopped. One just to make sure I was not dead because my head was down texting this company. See, i can laugh about it now. HAHAHA, not really. lol Firestone gave me the number to this company to call. They were pretty awesome. I don't scare easy but I was pretty shaken up by the events that occurred. Having nightmares of getting burnt alive in your car because you are stuck in it is not fun. I was treated very well by the staff. To the gentleman on the phone, who I assume is father and to Josh, son who showed up. I hope I remembered the nice, young man's name correctly. We unfortunately needed a tow truck on our way home from vacation, and Prestigious Towing…read more Was the most responsive and affordable. When I started looking for local tows from Surprise to Gilbert Alex immediately responded to my inquiries and was the most responsibly priced. The response time was decent and equipment fairly good…read more However, the thing about polyurethane coated work gloves is they certainly keep the grease off the hands of the Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees so when they get home they are nice and clean. However, the grease that the polyurethane surface blocks from getting on their hands then gets transferred to whatever it is of the customers' that the driver touches next, such as upholstery, shifter nob, door handle, ignition key and as in my case steering wheel. I have a low-profile sports car and its accompanied by a low steering wheel. As such, when you slide in and slide out, the top of your right thigh will touch the bottom of the steering wheel. After Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC dropped my car off in front of my house and with the driver still idling there, I got into it to drive my car he just towed and dropped off in front of my house into my garage. However, when I got in, I looked down and noticed globs of grease streaked all across the top of my right thigh. It was fresh, gooey and, as I mentioned, in globs on the fabric of my light colored khaki shorts. Not having any idea where all this grease could have come from, but now having to change out of my clothes, I grabbed hold of my steering wheel to get out. When I grabbed the steering wheel with my right hand to begin getting out is when I felt a sticky glob on my hand. As it turns out, the grease was on the surface of several areas of my steering wheel. So while polyurethane gloves are indeed great for keeping Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees clean, those gloves serve to just transfer Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC messes onto the surface of the interior of their customers' vehicles.
