If I could just rate this store, I would give them a 5 since Dave worked so hard to try to get us our money back. He is super nice and a pure genuine person who cares about his customers. This is a mixed review. We got a refrigerator through this Sears store when our old one went out in April. When we got it home, we realized it was dented so bad that we could not change the handle from one side to the other. We ordered another one and then had to wait close to 4 weeks before it was brought to us, but they let us keep the dented one until then. They delivered the newer one and took the dented one a month later. We have been trying to get our refund from the dented one for a while. The manager at this store is great, he kept trying and doing paperwork and making phone calls for us. I called the main 1-800 number and literally waited on the phone on hold for over an hour. I called with my cell on one ear while still waiting on our land line on the other ear to speak to the supervisor. I had 2 supervisors answer at the same time. They told me that I should not contact the store anymore but that it was on the highest level it could go online and we should expect our money by today. I made this call a week ago. I told them to call me to let me know, not to email me. I received an email yesterday to contact the store. (So many mixed messages). I contacted the manager of the store yesterday and he said he got an email from them that they would be calling me in the next 24 hours. Just now the manager called me and asked if they had contacted me yet, which they have not. He told me he just got a note and we have been credited our money for the refund of the first one. Thank you Dave. You make it easier. I am sure that if you were not there, that Sears would not have as much business as they do. God Bless you! Just checked and we have not been credited the money. :(

Roberto responded quickly to my Yelp project. He offered a flat $65 service call, which would apply toward the quote if I moved forward--which I appreciated. He was able to come out the next day to look things over and then got the job done the day after that. Both appointments had minor time shifts, but he still came through the same day and communicated well throughout. The work was solid, the price was fair, and by the time they left I was up and running with cold air. Can't ask for much more than that.
