Trevor from Ridge Meadows came over the next day, went up on the roof and gave me a quote right away. After he left I googled his company and he had awesome reviews and great scores on " Home Stars" which convinced me to hire his company. He gave us to brochures from 2 different shingle companies and helped to recommend a color to go with the house. As it was in November he had to wait for a decent day but got here just after a week and his crew worked all day to get the job done. He came back the next morning to finish a small part on the garage. They did a great job on the cleanup and went around the house and driveway with a magnet and only found 1 nail. When he gave me the bill it was exactly what he quoted me. Your always best to get a couple of quotes but you won't go wrong hiring Ridge meadows roofing.

We asked for an evaluation by Basement Systems Vancouver and we were promptly given a written estimate by Gerald. Basement systems Vancouver installed a cleanspace crawl space encapsulation, rigid R10 insulation in the rim joint around the perimeter of the home and air sealed all gaps and seams. A Dehumidifier was installed. The work was done as scheduled, on time, and as described with a high level of professionalism. The team was excellent and we are very pleased with the result. Based on our excellent experience, we will be using this company again in the near future for another home that has a similar crawl space issue.

The job involved building and finishing two new walls with double doors to provide sound-proofing and storage areas in our heritage commercial building. As the work had to be done while I was out of town, and the building otherwise vacant, finding a reputable, reliable, trustworthy and highly professional contractor was absolutely essential. Walter was that contractor. From the start, he treated the job as if it was in his own building. He made valuable suggestions for improvements to my plans, and always offered cost-effective alternatives. He coordinated in my absence with three other contractors I had hired, with no issues whatsoever. Whenever he had concerns in some aspect of the job, he would contact me immediately to provide me with the information I needed to make the decision as to which way to go. He completed the work on time and on budget, and left the work area as clean as when he'd arrived. The result was even better than I expected. I will definitely hire Walter again, and can recommend him without question.

I made an appointment with them and they showed up almost 40 minutes too late. Upon arrival, the technician was completely nonchalant about his impunctuality and was rude to my wife. But it gets worse, the guy didn't even have the right tools with him because he thought we hired him to do pressure washing! When I repeatedly called the office, all I I got was their answering service. It literally took them almost a day and a half to call me back. When they actually did call me back, (I got some airhead girl on the phone that didn't know anything about the business,) all they offered me was a measly 5% discount and a voucher to get my house sprayed for insects in the future. Are these people for real? What the heck does this have to do with my current problem? Absolutely unbelievable. I was left wondering who the heck was running this business. So I did some checking on the internet and I found this LinkedIn account here: https://ca.linkedin.com/in/mark-amery-12ba43a7?trk=prof-samename-name In closing, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They actually say that one of their other services that they provide is "Property Management", this is laughable. I would never get these losers to management my property for me. Honestly, they all seem like they are stoned on Marijuana. Especially the service man I was dealing with named Larry. They don't seem to care about providing any service to their customers.
