As the work had to be done while I was out of town, and the building otherwise vacant, finding a reputable, reliable, trustworthy and highly professional contractor was absolutely essential. Walter was that contractor. From the start, he treated the job as if it was in his own building. He made valuable suggestions for improvements to my plans, and always offered cost-effective alternatives. He coordinated in my absence with three other contractors I had hired, with no issues whatsoever.
