From the initial visit to the installation we have no complaints. When they left, there was absolutely no mess at all. The house was built in 1952 and water had been penetrating down from the missing chimney cap. The freezer and thaw cycle had dislodged all 3 flues. He removed and replaced all. He turned a disaster into a success. It is not often that you can say 'exceeded expectations' but that's what he did.
