I had our first floor renovated in the house my grandparents bought in 1949. Underneath the dining…read moreroom and hallway carpet were the original floors made of Oak and Pine respectively. Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them. The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. I was quite pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others. Kevin and his team are totally professional and get the job done.

Dan answered the phone immediately (yes, a human actually picked up!). He spoke to me at length about my issue and examined photos while on the phone with me. He reassured me that I was on the right track with the potion I used. Dan patiently walked me through recommended next steps. He even said he'd be happy to consult with me if needed, and if I still failed to see improvement after waiting a week for the stone to dry out, then he'd come out. But, he urged me to stick with what I started because based on what he saw, the treatment is working!! I walked away from that call feeling empowered and totally reassured that if I can't fix the issue, it's fixable. Dan stayed on the phone to answer other questions, including finding me a referral to another contractor who could do other work in my kitchen. What luck it was that I stumbled across those reviews and called when I did.
