DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Lee's did a horrible job refinishing my hardwood floors. I could see…read morewhere the drum sander left gouges in the floor, there was a halo around the perimeter of the room where they didn't feather properly, he left puddles of poly on the floor, and applied the poly to stairs that hadn't been vacuumed so a lot of dust was under the poly. It was horrible. He was supposed to return on Monday to finish the job, but never showed up, didn't respond to texts and didn't return my calls. When he did text back, he wanted more money and stated he would not properly sand the floor and refused to honor the contract we signed. I had to spend extra money hiring another company to redo the floors. Save yourself some time, money and frustration and hire another company.
