We had Extreme Floor Care refinish our floors in the house we just sold and knew from experience that they were excellent. We were not disappointed. Thy provided me with before and after photos as they did the job. The final product looks amazing. There were parts of the floor I didn't know how they would turn out and they looked great. Highly recommended.

No delays, no last minute added costs, hidden fees, nothing. What was on the estimate was the price I actually paid. They showed up on time this morning ready to work!! They were very professional, neat & personable. The 1st 2 pictures are of the old crappy Dura Ceramic flooring that was literally flaking up & the rest are pictures of the new floor. Just an FYI, I don't give rave reviews unless they are earned & these 2 definitely earned every exuberantly satisfied word.

When he replaced the joists he only put 9 so I had to call for him to return with the other joist. He never told me when he received final payment that he only replaced 9. Additionally, putting only 10 new joists left the decking uneven and the decking is popping up. He was hired to make my deck safe, I am not a contractor, I am a single mom and I feel very taken advantage of. After being so dissatisfied I checked what others would charge for the same work and it is 1500 on the low end and 3500 on the high end.
