I called... they're too busy. I called back... Again too busy. After a while, I just barraged them with phone calls emphasizing that I expect a response. I felt sorry for the poor admin and the receptionist whom I had to bother with 20 calls, but it was the only way to get through. Second star comes because when they finally responded, they had my paperwork ready to go. To their credit, the lady doing my taxes seemed brand new at this, and had no idea what she was doing. A professional organization, however, would have a senior member helping her. Taking a long time to finish the taxes is ok. Not responding to emails, well, I can live with that.
