Ed also noted roof damage from hail and got our insurance company to pay for the roof. But that isn't all. It has been a couple of years since they took care of our roof. Last Friday I thought we had a roof issue. I texted Ed and he came on Saturday to look. It wasn't the roof. The downspout on the gutters was clogged. He unclogged it and even fixed a hole in the gutter. They not only stand behind their work they go above and beyond for you. That is why I highly recommend them.

Felipe' came to our house as scheduled and went through a thorough inspection of all what we needed, I was impressed of his knowledge and the way he explained his plans to tackle the project. He gave us a fare estimate (was not the cheapest we got but it was fare based on work efforts and the execution of this project). He gave us a start date and time and he kept an excellent communication regarding the materials, supplies and labor efforts. The crew arrived on the start date as scheduled and immediately started on protecting the floors, doors, furniture, appliances, Light features ...etc. They were very organized, and they started doing their magic throughout the house. You can see their attention to details and their strive for perfection. They listened calmly to our questions and concerns and addressed all of them very professionally. They were always willing to go the extra mile and take care of business as if it's their own house. We loved their pleasant attitude and the professionalism and the efficiency they demonstrated during the entire project. We had been burned by our builder so badly and left the job unfinished and owing us thousands of prepaid unfinished jobs and said we would absolutely not pay a dime until the job was finished to our satisfaction. Chris and his partner came as promised, finished the job in one day as promised and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be more pleased both with the job as well as what great guys to work with. The builder who burned us is named Jordan Pucci, owner of Carolina Custom Carpentry. We had him arrested and learned that he has done this to many people in the area. I doubt he'll be able to take advantage of anyone else after the courts get through with him but remember the name JORDAN PUCCI. Do no business with this man or you'll regret it! Thanks to Chris for renewing our faith in honest builders that still exist!
