I genuinely enjoy shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods, including this location--so why the one-star…read morereview? Because as a golfer, I absolutely dread visiting the golf department. There is a thin woman with a raspy voice who works in (or manages) that department, and every interaction with her is unpleasant. She's consistently rude, dismissive, and acts as if any basic question is an interruption. If she's folding clothes and you ask for help, she reacts as though you're inconveniencing her. On multiple visits, I've asked about a single club regrip while I shop, and she responds with visible annoyance and a rundown of how busy she supposedly is--only for me to return 10 minutes later and find her chatting with coworkers. I've had other Dicks employees regrip a club for me in less than 10 minutes. She is, frankly, a terrible representative for Dick's Sporting Goods, and her attitude is the primary reason I will not be returning to this store.

I have popped in and out of Ron Jon's many times over the years and walked out with solid apparel on numerous occasions. The store is fairly large, well kept, organized, clean and easy to navigate with sections clearly defined. In addition to a wide variety of apparel consisting of all the well known beach/outdoor brands, they have a plethora of Ron Jon specific items from shorts, shirts, hats and more. Additionally, as expected, they have a corner of the store dedicated to all things surfing and skateboarding. This area offers a solid selection of pre-fab boards along with skim boards and boogie boards. And of course all the accessories that go along with it. Prices are fair and surprisingly so given the name brand and location in Pier Park. The store offers a great photo op with surfboards at their front entrance, but if you are already in Pier Park, you can access the store via a back entrance as well. Staff are always plentiful, helpful and friendly. Overall, Ron Jon is a solid spot and always a cool place to wander through when roaming around Pier Park.

Called them up and the GM said bring them in and he would get me in the correct shoe. They stood behind their product and hooked me up with a different style shoe.
