I was at the specified location 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time in both cases. For the ride home after the party, I got two missed calls from a restricted number over 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. (I was on the dance floor, of course.) So I had to guess that it was the cab company that had called. I called them back and was told the cab was coming around the corner. So I waited... and waited... and waited... and no cab.
