Needing a tow is not the most pleasant experience in the world, but I am thankful that the team at Tate's provided reassurance, quick response time and a high-quality tow truck. These are all qualities that I look for in any situation, but especially in an emergency. In a world of businesses that seem not to cater to the needs of clientele, it's refreshing to receive such genuine, dependable and efficient service. If you need a tow, you will not be disappointed in Tate's. They are certainly number one in my book when it comes to customer satisfaction, and I'm sure you'll feel the same. Thank you Jim and everyone at Tate's!

Got my bike towed few days ago and I can finally have a break from work to write this review. If…read moreyou just want your bike to get towed right away and not mind getting the disrespectfully attitude and yelled at from the driver, call them and stop reading. In my case, first the owner did not text me back as promised, and when I called back he said: "I don't know why you didn't get a text from me?" And what really doesn't makes sense and piss me off is when the driver delivered and unloaded my bike to the shop, I KINDLY ASKED the driver to write me a receipt, by saying: "Could you please also include the info of my bike, so I can forward the receipt to my insurance for reimbursement? " After the driver ignores me he suddenly yells at me: "Don't tell me how to do my job man! You wanna write that then do it your self, it's between you and your insurance, I ain't doing that! " I mean first, what kind towing company does not including the customer's bike's info on the receipt? And in what universe did I tell him how to do his job??? (Oh did I mention the driver don't tell you the credit card price is different until the last minute when he shows up? )

WORST TOW COMPANY EVER…read more I wish I could give them less. they were originally scheduled to be at my house between 8am-12pm. After no call back by 2 p.m. I call the office to see about an updated arrival time. The lady in the office said she would call me right back after she called the driver. So, I had to wait even longer(because I have nothing better to do on my one day off). At 4:30, I had to call the office again, because the driver didnt pick up. The office lady kept apologizing and said she would call back in 10 minute, she "promised". Needless to say, the last time I talked to the office lady was at about 7 p.m. and She said the driver was on the way. The tow company is about 2 hours from my house, so at 9, I finally got through to the so called driver, and this worthless punk, really started catching attitude with me saying that it was 10 p.m. And they were closed. I tried to tell him that they were scheduled to be at my house almost 12 hours earlier, and that the only reason I was even calling was because his office told me he was on his way. He continued being extremely rude, and said it was 10 o'clock and they were closed. So apparently, this business does not value customer service at all. He was crying about it being 10 like I wasn't waiting on him since 8 in the a.m. So bottom line, it Doesn't matter if you have an appointment at all. Customers Clearly aren't their concern, as they dont go by their schedule, they do whatever they want without any concern for what their "customers" have going on. I have never been more disgusted in any so called business ever. All the other reviews must be family members or employees. Wasted my only day off for nothing. Now I gotta find a different company.
