The staff at the shop, led by Tim and Dan, were all awesome to work with and knew their stuff. I tested 3 different skis on my first day to hone in on a favorite, all different brands and sizes. The guys were encouraging about trying different brands. They were also cool about me leaving my backpack with shoes in the store for the day. I skied at Snowmass on the final day and was able to drop off the skies at that that location and store my backpack for that day. Price was in line with other rental shops in the area. With Incline, you get a "local shop" feel with perfect location around the same price...and maybe a beer at the end if you're nice!

They explained how to use them and gave us great directions on how to get up to Maroon Bells. It was the most amazing bike trip!!! Our first E-bike ride made us fans! Coming from MN and not being acclimated to the altitude yet, the E-bikes made this ride physically possible. Once we got there we locked them up and hiked 3 miles. Thank goodness the bike ride back was all downhill!!! Gorgeous trail, great equipment, helpful staff. Priceless.

I came in the next morning and was told they did not detune the skis despite me explicitly asking on the sheet I was given. I was treated as if I didn't understand what I was talking about as the man helping me told me they "didn't recommend doing that on a new pair of skis" I have skied since I could walk and have had my skis detuned the last 5 years of my life immediately after coming out of the packaging. I paid $77 for the mount and wasn't given half of what I came to do. Will be going anywhere else to get my skis done. I highly recommend Incline, just across the way down the hall from Gorsuch at the base of Aspen.

I have been to Aspen a handful of times and this place always delivers as your go to ski rental…read moreshop. The guys that run this place are super friendly and customer service oriented. They used to give you beer while you got fitted..maybe Covid changed those plans but regardless they do everything they can to make sure you have proper fitting ski, boots, bindings and poles. If you forgot something, like your goggles, they have very reasonable ski accessories. Maybe not the best place to rent a snowboard, but for ski's these guys are number ONE in Aspen. Located right across the street from the W Hotel and down the block from the Gondola entrance, you cannot miss this place. Save money, be impressed and have good gear while you are visiting the magic of Aspen.

I found myself in a situation where I rented one of their bear cans and finished Four Pass Loop after hours. Theres no after-hours drop off or contact information. Not cool when you're renting gear and unknown things are bound to happen. Luckily, the bartender in the bar underneath the store was cool enough to return for me the next day, with a $30 dollar tip. What really takes off the star though is the pretentious and "too cool" vibe from the employees. Ain't nobody got time for that. Being kind and understanding is free.
