They finally showed up at 3:45 and i had to push the ceremony back 30min to 5pm and rush to finish setting up the reception site. They clearly did not want to be there. They dropped the chairs and tables on top of my decor. No apologies. Not a care. The linens were not steamed or ironed. Me and my wedding staff set up the remaining chairs and linens as they only did half. After unloading they left a mess which we had to clean up. As they were SLOWLY setting up, they were cursing and talking bad about the wedding within earshot of the wedding party. They showed up early to pick up the tables and chairs. It was 2 guys and a girl. One of the guys was clearly drunk or on drugs stumbling. He couldn't walk straight and could barely stand. He dropped chairs on top of tables breaking my decor. He dropped tables while moving them coming dangerously close to hitting other vendors and guests. Another member of the rental staff went and talked to him and the intoxicated guy went to the truck and passed out in the driver's seat while the other 2 finished packing up. They were very inconsiderate while packing up their truck. They blocked off the entire loading area preventing all other vendors and guests from loading. Everyone had to park at a distance just to load and get out of the venue. I tried calling the following week a few times to report my broken decor to the company but once again the phone just rings. We will NOT be using this company for any events again nor recommending them to any vendors or clients!

My food was late because she made my chef clean up. I rented the bar/bartenders, 2 servers and a chocolate fountain with a server. She reassured me they knew what to do. We wanted the chocolate fountain to open at 9:00 p.m. At 8:39, it was set up and 3/4 of a tray of pineapples were gone. I found out later, someone dropped them on the floor. She added dipping items I did not order and gave me a small amount of the ones I did order. After letting her know at the end of the night that I was not happy, she was very argumentative and did not apologize and try to console me. She blamed everything on us and found excuses for her very POOR, UNPROFESSIONAL service. This is one company whose philosophy is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG AND WE ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!! My wife took a a platter, and using their wide variety of stencils and the patterns that the staff printed out for her, made a really awesome Christmas cookie platter. She also made a very colorful spoon rest. My eyes were bigger than my hands and I chose a large old fashioned pickup truck with a Christmas tree in the back. It took me about 4 hours to get my piece painted with the detail that I wanted. The items will all be given a glaze and fired by the staff this week and will be ready to pickup in 4 days. The Christmas tree in my piece will have miniature Christmas lights placed in them and lit up before I pick it up. I will edit my post to include pictures once the items are finished. The pieces available to paint have a wide price range so there is probably something for any budget. We will be bring our grandkids during Thanksgiving break. Not sure if it was due to people being off for Veteran's Day but the place was fairly busy the entire time we were there. It would be a fun activity for date night; family activity; or even a group of friends. It was fun!

We used to play here but the courts are so cracked up you never know where the ball is actually going to bounce. Court two has a crack/bump that is so big, it could be used to teach kids how to jump a mountain bike.
