Everything…read moreis electronic so that you can complete and upload all required documentation online which is a huge plus to me. I didn't feel that anything about their onboarding process was unnecessary or a waste of my time. The staff is courteous and professional and the office is clean and appears well organized. My appointment with Mr. Troyer started on time which was another sign that these guys valued my time as well. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to an agency and spent an hour filling out paperwork, taking assessments and still ended up waiting another 15-30 minutes to speak with someone who was half listening and ready to throw me into any assignment they had available at the time. Not many people like dealing with staffing agencies but in all honesty I've only landed a handful of "career" related jobs on my own without them. I simply find them very convenient to use and if you're the right candidate for the job, have the professional background and experience their clients are looking for, and are a well-rounded candidate with the skills and qualifications that your resume SAYS you do - they will find you employment opportunities and hopefully a promising career. I have no doubt that PrideStaff will ultimately match me with my "soulmate" employer. I recently finished a short-term contract position with one of their awesome clients and the experience was amazing. Anytime that I needed assistance Michael, Therese, or a member of their staff was available and ready to help. I highly recommend working with PrideStaff!

I was told there were SO many shifts, and I'd have flexibility, and the ability to work when it was convenient for me. Arranging orientation took some time, as they said they were overwhelmed, and there were delays with a particular company they were helping to staff. I finally get oriengation set an hour from where I live, everything checked off, and then the real lack of communication occurred! That was July 18th, and I have yet to work another shift! I have text, emailed, called, and most often no answer. I finally get a text back, and it's "let me check", or "we're waiting to hear back from her", also "we have one cell phone and our internet is down ". I simply wanted to work one day a week at a facility closer to where I live. I was finally offered some days at another facility almost an hour away, but was told that again, the one I was hoping to work at, should have some availability opening up. Then, I accepted 2 shifts at further locations, to then be told the staff at those facilities had already covered the once open shift! I am so disappointed at how this entire process went. I really needed the PRN work, and for others looking, I'd suggest pursuing another staffing agency.
