ZERO STARS!! My experience with this staffing company has…read morebeen extremely disappointing. I was told I had a position to start, completed the required background check and drug screening, and was told I would receive information about where and who to report to. I never received the promised call or information. I had to reach out myself the following day, and even after being told someone would call me back, I was left waiting again. The position starts at 4pm and it was 12pm and I STILL haven't heard anything. Communication throughout this process has been poor, and I feel my time was not respected. If a candidate is expected to complete requirements and be prepared to start a job, the staffing company should provide clear and timely communication in return. To make matters worse, after leaving me without the information I was promised for my original assignment, they attempted to offer me a completely different position to start the very next day. I was expected to somehow obtain steel-toe boots on extremely short notice in order to be prepared. To me, it seems like they switch the job I was suppose to start with someone else. Additionally, you can't expect someone to start a position that requires steel toe with short notice. You do not know the financial situation. The whole process was unfair and unprofessional.

First, there were a dozen children roaming around inside the resource center, and into the waiting room, causing a huge distraction to anyone actually in the resource center trying to look for work. At the risk of sounding very judgemental, let me tell you a bit about the clientele. I am only explaining this so if you are like me, and would want to avoid this place at all costs, you can do so. It is instantly clear why the people here are out of work. They show up with their five children in tow, in open back tank tops, flip flops and exposed tattoos. I realize this is not a job interview, but you should still present yourself in a professional manner. Did not receive a single follow-up phone call, and all the emails I received were irrelevant (not in my field, outside of SA, etc).

Customer service for complaints is non existent, they have mastered the blame game , when that doesn't work they ignore my calls. My sales rep has not returned my calls in months and I only met her one time last spring. Invoicing is a like a ride at Disneyland, they make me sick at my stomach with duplicate charges and charging for days when we are actually closed! The workers are pretty decent for this kind of business but it is not worth the trouble of dealing with their sale reps and office's used to be good and last year I would have given them 4 stars. I've changed to Labor Ready and can't say I have any regret.
